He was not pushy, and he took time to walk me through all of my options, never attempting to force a deal on me. Due to the fact I had my truck shipped out, the deal took a few days. Ronald kept in touch with me, answering all of my calls and texts. He even stayed after hours to supervise the loading of my truck onto the auto carrier, sending me pictures to assure me my truck was secured.
