The person who lied to me is ORLANDO. Went to this place looking for a truck, told them I have a co signer, which is my uncle. After completing my paperwork and going to my uncles house f Went to this place looking for a truck, told them I have a co signer, which is my uncle. After completing my paperwork and going to my uncles house for his signature on the application, and after the payment was made was when I was told ONLY his name would be on the car, not before the payment but after. And also told my uncle and his wife when we went for the application signing that there IS a warranty for 30 days. As soon as we got back to the office he basically said look no warranty. To be tricked into a contract and then be told that it’s only in my uncle name after the payment was made is pure hogwash. These people are scammers who are only looking for commission. How can you tell me the my name is NOT on the contract and then they let me drive off with a vehicle in someone else’s name. xxx this has to be illegal. Not telling the whole story or allowing me to talk it over with my uncle now has me in a messed up position. Unacceptable, you don’t lie to people and put them in contract just so you can get commission. You told my uncle’s wife it’s a 30 day warranty but then tell me after we leave look there is no warranty. Wow, my name is *************^^^ why would they allow me to drive off in a car that I have no authority over, it doesn’t belong to me nor is it in my name. My name is NO WHERE on the title. Oh I almost forgot asked to do a positive review BEFORE all the lies were exposed. Very slick. its crazy ORLANDO felt he could make that decision for me. If my name couldn’t be added due to my bad credit that’s cool but don’t you think he should have advised that instead of making an executive decision affections other people who aren’t even aware of him deciding to submit an application with only my uncles name. What gives him that right to make that decision without w playing or even getting my permission as well as my uncle’s permission. I’m so angry. More
Very unprofessional dealer. I drove 1hr to this dealership only to find out the car I requested, wasn't available cause it went to auction. BEWARE!!! More

My experience with Ferco Motors Please check your car well before buying at Ferco Motors, if you do and have a problem they will process, process and process and they will not answer you. Ferco Motors is a company where I had the bad luck of buying a used car with 2 major faults that appeared a few weeks later and they did not respond and also offered me some things that were not true. I felt along with my wife as abused clients, who ignored our dignity, who made us waste time and money, but above all they humiliated us, made us feel that they were the powerful ones, that they had the papers that backed them up and that since we are not millionaires or anything like that, we were treated in the worst way possible. To those who have time I will tell my story in detail. On October 9 we went with Mrs. and Orlando took very good care of us, who upon knowing our new credit situation, gave us an alternative that we took thinking of buying a simple, cheap car that would not give us problems for about 6 months until we could change it. Orlando, when we took the car, a 2010 Dodge Nitro 4x4, explained to us that we should notify him of anything minor and they as a company would see it. On October 10, I inform you that I have problems with the water jets on the windshield, which do not work. He tells me to take it, I do it and they tell me that they are going to ask for the parts that they are going to change. All this in word, nothing signed trusting what the seller said. They tell me that they are going to call me to take him. This never happened. On October 26, I inform Mr. Orlando (the seller) again, that the car has a loud noise that needs to be checked. I went to the dealer for the third time and they checked it, they told me the mechanic was going to check it. Take it for the fourth time to the dealer. On Nov. 8, one month after the purchase, neither the detected noise, nor the windshield water jets, nor the driver's glass activation switch had been repaired. In addition, 30 days later, we did not have a copy of the signed contract, nor the financing documents, nor a copy of the insurance policy, let alone the sheet. I made direct contact with Rafael the Manager, to whom I told him that the car had a serious problem, that I had told the seller, and that according to my experience, it was a problem with the 4x4 that was acting permanently and had damaged differential. On the fifth visit to the Dealer, on Nov. 18, the Manager confirmed that it is a problem in the 4x4 and that it is an electronic part, that he does not know the name and that in the afternoon, through Orlando, he was going to give me the name to know its value. This never happened. He also tells me that he wants to solve the problem. After 40 days, from the purchase of the car, we still did not have a copy of the contract, the bank and the policy, in addition to still not having the Florida state plate, they had to give me a second temporary paper plate. They sent me a copy of the papers on Nov 18 in the afternoon, with the insurance payment date expired and ready to go to court for non-payment and the payment of the car payment to be paid on the 19th... of the sheet, nothing yet. I speak again with Orlando on Monday the 28th and he asks me to go speak directly with the manager. I go on Tuesday the 29th at 8 in the morning, and it turns out that the manager was off that day but apparently everyone had forgotten. I come back on Wednesday the 30th and at 9 AM I talk to the manager once more to find out if he has the name of the piece. They tell me that they are not going to buy any of the bad parts and I ask them to remove the driveshaft from the front wheels. He tells me yes, but to come back in 3 or 4 more hours, that is, around 1 in the afternoon. I arrive at that time, they remove the piece and by order of the same manager they put it back on instructions from the lawyer. In short, it wasted my time all day at work and I lost money that I couldn't work. In the end he sent me to a workshop to have the driveshaft removed. In summary I bought a car with a fault that the mechanics were not able to detect or if they knew they did not inform me. They did not respond at all and everything bad that I said to the seller was not fulfilled, on instructions from the manager, leaving the seller Orlando a liar. I am forced to pay for a car that has a fault, because otherwise my credit goes down. The people at Ferco Motors made fun of me and my family for more than 50 days and they didn't respond at all. The veneer arrived in mid-December. They tell me that they are not going to respond because that is what the contract says. Thanks More
