Fenway Auto Park was easily the most helpful and friendly used car dealership to whom I spoke with on the phone before deciding which one to go, and I spoke to many. My price range was extremely low. I chose to go here because the salesman I spoke to, Derek, said he could probably do a deal on a car valued higher and there were a number of possible vehicles in the lot. The experience did not start out well. While I standing on the forecourt, someone yelled while driving down Main Street that Fenway Auto Park ripped people off. There were less cars than Derek had said and less again that they could sell to me in my price range. The condition of the vehicles that they could were generally poor -- in one refused to start, another needed a jump, and another was partially being held together with duct tape along with definite exhaust problems and possible electrical and engine problems. Derek acted extremely slimy about all of them except the one that wouldn't start, making excuses for every concern and only admitting issues when pressed. Only one car was worth considering, a manual he had said on the phone was an automatic; I know I could learn stick quickly, but in the end there was some convoluted situation where they were holding it for a dealership up the street and the title was there so I'd have to get it in the morning, but the owner of the other dealership (who was just hanging out with them in their office) would only accept cash anyway. Very, very dodgy. As a side note I found out later they are unfriendly with the local car clubs, which is never a good sign in a car dealer. This was also evidently my only chance for history not to repeat itself, which has nothing to do with Fenway Auto Park directly -- but may have transpired at least slightly differently without extra needless deception from this car dealer. More
This dealer is a complete rip off! I have had numerous calls with the owner (bob) to get my truck fixed, and he always dodges my calls. Brought it to be inspected 6 times, failed each time. They he removed personal property and never replaced it. I am $3,500 in the hole because his "warranty" doesn't cover anything, even though he tells you up front it does! Derek and Phil are also the slimiest xxxx's you will ever meet. Stay away from this company at all costs! It will cost you big bucks for a long time! Even the finance company is hesitant to do business with them! All the good reviews are from Bob the owner! He is trying to make his dealership look better than it really is! STAY AWAY! YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU BUY FROM THEM! THEY ARE xxxx! They should be shut down, doing this to people in such a hard time. Bob is the biggest xxxxxxxx of them all. More

robbed me blind. sold me a car that still isnt inspected over 2 mos later. Giving me the run around. Dishonest thieves that have a connection to get stickers on failed cars. Cost me over $7000. This is my 3rd vehicle from Fenway Auto Park . This last experience on 2/19/11 was the best. I had started to talk to them on the internet. That experience was great. Had the car picked, the cost of what my lease would be each month. When I came to Fenway Auto Park that Saturday, i was greated by Bob. He was friendly, profressional, and could answer answer question that i had. He also was courteous enough to go through the car with me, . I will be back in 2 years again for another vehicle. I love the car that I bought from them and will return next time to get another. More
Peter and Bob were fast and efficient with loan paperwork, smooth delivery of a clean truck. The Cadillac Escalade which I bought is a beautiful SUV and I was given a very fair trade in value. The inventory has many very nice SUV's, as well as low mileage cars. My credit is not great, and they were able to get me financed on that Escalade. The price on kbb.com indicates I bought well below dealer pricing given the low miles. I'm enjoying my new ride, and will return to Fenway Auto Park to trade it in when I'm done with it! More
