TOLD ME THEY DON"T NEED MY BUSINESS AND TREATED ME THAT WAY Called the service department to order a replacement key fob for my Corvette. I asked the service manager that I spoke with, to contact my insurance Called the service department to order a replacement key fob for my Corvette. I asked the service manager that I spoke with, to contact my insurance person because they were going to pay for it. He told me he was too busy to call them. After a few minutes, I finally said to him " I guess your just too busy for my business, so I guess I'll take it elsewhere". He said, fine. I called back a few minutes later and I asked for the dealership manager, and was given one of owners...Fellers. I told him that I thought he might like to know that business was being turned away because service was too busy. He said that he wasn't too busy to make the call and that he would call me back. He left a message on my phone a few hours later asking that I call him back. I did twice, but didn't get him so I left two messages. That was a month ago, and I have yet to hear back from him. I guess they are too busy and don't need anymore business. So I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. I did, and had the matter settled thru another dealership in 3 days time. Fellers Chevrolet lost my current and future business. Too bad since I just moved to the area and was hoping for a good local chevy dealership. More
