My first encounter with Felix Chevy was an emergency oil refill with Felipe Martinez less than a month before. High marks for everyone at Felix — always helpful and upbeat. I am glad I stopped at Felix. I only suggest updating the power outlets in the customer lounge, above the desk/table heights instead of below - they were a real accessibility challenge for me trying to plug in my computer by crawling on the floor. I drive a Chevrolet Cruze and the engine light came on over the weekend, largely DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE AND DO NOT PURCHASE A CHEVY PERIOD. I drive a Chevrolet Cruze and the engine light came on over the weekend, largely relating to the same issue that I had serviced at Felix just three months before! After making an appointment with Pierre to bring my car in, I was informed by Roxanna that I need to pay $150 for a diagnostic fee. This was not expressed by Pierre over the phone. What's bizarre is they you're told the issue may be covered by your warranty, but you cannot know unless you hand over money. The fact that I'm (or you) are covered by warranty is immaterial to the concerns of your local GM dealer and the corporate office. Extraordinarily poor warranty support. Avoid at all costs. More
