A Great Experience I went in for an oil change and the customer service rep was Roxanne. Roxanne was very friendly and attentive. She checked my car out and discovered some things with my car that needed further attention. Roxanne worked with me on accommodating me around my work schedule. The work done on my car was done to my satisfaction and necessary for the maintenance on the prolong care of my 2012 Chevy Sonic. I was taken to work and picked up in a timely manner by a driver who was also very cooperative and friendly. Overall my experience was great and I would most definitely use Felix Chevrolet again in the future. More
This was the worst car buying experience ever! The sales people were rude and unhelpful. I purchased a brand new 2014 Malibu and the dealership failed to disclose that the car had been previously sold. They people were rude and unhelpful. I purchased a brand new 2014 Malibu and the dealership failed to disclose that the car had been previously sold. They lied about my income on the application even though I provided them with paystubs. The reason that Willy gave was that it would help the deal get approved. Willie also tried to do fraud with the financing. My sales contract stated that I was approved with Santander, but when I called Santander they only approved me for 22k and the sales price was 26k. Willie slipped in another finance company at the last minute with a higher interest rate and payment than the contract said. When I called to talk to the general manager he said they would work with me if I kept quiet. When I informed them that I was contacting corporate and filing a complaint with them and the attorney general he became angry with me. The sales person Paul then proceeded to send me 50 harassing texts about the situation calling me all sorts of awful names and 3 harassing emails as well. I submitted all his texts and emails to General Motors headquarters. I told them what happened to customer service and the customer being right. Paul told me that I didnt deserve an apology for what he did and that I was being irrational. Never buy from these people. They will have you sign a contract and then not honor the terms. More

When I went in to purchase my 2012 Sonic - Terell was helpful and friendly - I was not rushed like some other dealers had done that day when I told them I was looking and not going to purchase anything t helpful and friendly - I was not rushed like some other dealers had done that day when I told them I was looking and not going to purchase anything that day. After being allowed to test drive the sonic, I fell in love - they searched for and found the sonic I wanted in Inferno Orange and we closed the deal that same week. I have used the service department for all my check ups and oil changes since then - Carlos Ramos has been my guy from the start. He is great!! the service department at Felix is first class, providing a lounge for the customers, usually coffee and donutes (if you get there early), but they have free Wi-Fi for the customers and a TV which is usally on a pretty good station. There were some communication problems between the service center staff and me, but when I talked with James, the service manager, I felt listened to and valued as a customer.
