Pleasant Surprise I have driven by Felix Chevrolet many times but never stopped mostly because I don't live in the area. I was surprised that Anthony, the salesman I was put in touch with, was enthusiastic, was willing to work with me and answered every question I had about the car. My Felix experience The car buying experience can be very stressful and I had shopped around a few different dealerships looking for my perfect Silverado. I was pleased when I finally met James at Felix Chevrolet, from the beginning he listened to me and understood what I was looking for. He was very patient and willing to answer all of my questions as well as a complete professional. After I had figured out the truck I wanted I was escorted into the finance office, and I know from past experiences sometimes this can be the most unpleasant part but I was happy to work with Eric, he also was very patient and answered all of my questions and took his time to make sure I understood everything. Lastly it was time to learn about the bells and whistles on the car and I met Danny and Patty. Again both very willing to help and explain the features of the truck. Patty was such fun and a real pleasure to meet. I just want to thank everyone at Felix for the their top notch service. I definitely would recommend purchasing a vehicle here, what a great team!
