First he absolutely lowballed me on my car value, then when I declined the trade-in and started walking out they raised the offer by 2K but it still wasn't what I could get elsewhere. I also noticed that my vehicle was shifting HARD after he tested and drove my car to valuate it as a trade-in. When I tried to have the incident documented at the dealership just to be safe, they refused and I was given the runaround and then the whole staff there just scattered quick (mind do they followed me out of the parking lot trying to sell me a car moments before that) Upon doing some more research I think the dealerships's OBD2 scanner was probably an Autel or something like that and it messed up my car's software which is causing the jerky shifting. Now I have to waste a day and a diagnostic fee to resolve this with absolutely no help from the dealership for the problem they caused. I'm really disappointed by the complete lack of accountability and honestly regarding this and will probably look elsewhere for a Polestar ☹️ More

BRAND NEW TRUCK had 15miles on it...and I Paid thousands out of pocket just to have a rental while they kept my truck and fixing my brakes. They did not abide by my requests to stick to my budget or not to put any add-ons on the vehicle. They have not responded to my certified letters asking them to fix the deal. They put me with a lender that they chose even after I had a pre-qualification for the exact car with my own lender. They did not provide me with my credit report that they used (which I thought was required by law). They took advantage of me as a disabled, older man who was excited to be able to buy my very first brand new car. I put $10,000 down through my Social Security lump sum and now am stuck in payments so high that the interest is much higher than the principal. They made my loan term 71 months when the pre-qualification I had was 48 months. The car arrived with a deep scratch and they did send touch-up paint but I feel they should have fixed it professionally...I am afraid to use it since I might make it look worse. I requested the lender they stuck me with to do a fraud investigation but they sided with the dealership. Both the dealership and the lender are saying it's too bad you signed the contract. The contract was sent twice, was so tiny, had two different lenders and in the end, I was WAY TOO TRUSTING that these people were listening to my needs and requests and were actually being true and honest about my needs as a consumer. They had me send my down payment to Sierra Chevrolet (?). The finance people did not answer my questions. I felt obligated to sign the digital papers with tiny print they sent because they had delivered the car to me already a couple of days before they sent the confusing double contracts. They were very angry when I called the sales manager on the phone. They saw me coming. It seems to be true about car salespeople - they are slimy, shady and wear green plaid suits! NEVER EVER AGAIN will I purchase anything from Felix Chevrolet...not even a key chain!!! YUCK! More

It was a pleasure to work with Carlos Garcia who was my salesperson. He made the process seamless by sending me emails of the information I would need for the various rebates. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVE 2 months ago, I EXPERIENCED BAD SERVICE AND GREEDY BEHAVIOR. Beware….. THEY ARE THiIEVES AND THE SERVICE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET REPAIRED THE DOWNTOWN FELIX DEALERSHIP. . They charged me $800 to run a test while I was in distress. My car was towed in and I had to pay this fee in order for them to look at it. Later they presented me with an estimate of $16,000.00 for a repair that later only cost me $6k else wherever. They Charged me $800 plus to run a diagnostic test. Just DISGUSTING. It took the SERVICE MANAGER 2 months to call me back, he was not HEPFUL, WAS VERY RUDE AND tried to justify BAD BEHAVIOR. More
