Inept Brought my Mercedes in with specific instructions to reset the transmission adaptations. They called and said the transmission is worn out and needs t Brought my Mercedes in with specific instructions to reset the transmission adaptations. They called and said the transmission is worn out and needs to be replaced. They would install a rebuilt transmission for $5,500. I declined and paid them $150 for the diagnosis. Then I had someone with a Star diagnostic tool reset the transmission as I had originally requested. It now works perfectly. So do they really not know what they are doing, or will they do anything to increase the invoice? Either way they won't see my money ever again. More

Telling lie and No knowledge to identify issues I had a tire replacement (Goodyear Eagle RSA) in Feldmann a couple of years back. I see that the tires are completely worn out in 26K Miles. When I ch I had a tire replacement (Goodyear Eagle RSA) in Feldmann a couple of years back. I see that the tires are completely worn out in 26K Miles. When I checked at the service center the service executive person lied to me that the tire would last only for 30K miles and I am almost done with the miles. It was so urgent that I need to replace the tire and I replaced at a different dealer. I checked the Goodyear website and I see that the warranty for the tire is 50K. I am totally frustrated because they lied to me to have more purchase from their service center. It has been a couple of time bad experience with the service center. I don't think the technicians have enough knowledge to identify the issues. They come up with something they think of and try to persuade to have that service, which would obviously be very expensive. for eg: I had some noise from the front side, they identified as the Water pump is damaged and they said it needs replacement as soon as possible and would cost around $800 to $1000. I took this to another mechanic, he identified that nothing is wrong with Water pump, alternator etc. It was from the belt. He suggested not to replace the belt as it has no cracks or weakness. I had cost no money for this analysis. Another incident I had that when there was a vibration from the from the right wheel, when I applied breaks. I took it the dealer and they identified the break pad was unevenly worn out. at that time it was a brand new break pad and rotor. I informed them regarding this and I asked them to check the lower arm whether that is shaking. Then they checked and said the lower arm was worn out. In this case I myself identified the issue and I had to replace from them and incur a loss on around $400. The same work can be done outside for $200. Now the verdict is: Never trust the service person in the Feldmann, they don't know anything. Always go to another dealer or any mechanic for second opinion, then you will really find difference and you will find peace of mind. I am not sure how many times I have fallen in trap to their Lie's. They lie straight on your face. Never ever trust feldmann service center. More

John is knowledgeable, conscientious, smart, affable and always wearing this charming and disarming smile that would put at ease any reluctant customer. Coming to a service is never a comfortable experience for anyone. But the folks at Feldmann make it a breeze and John in particular knows how to have your interests at heart. Whatever stress people usually have going into a service has never happened to me. Going to Feldmann's for service has actually become for me a very smooth and comfortable experience, and John is in a big part responsible for that feeling. Cory was amazing! I came in - he immediately found a great employee to run me back to the office. He let me know at about 3:00 I was due for brakes and let me know tires likely before winter. Great info. He called and had it done at 3:30. I phones at 4:00 and he had someone there to pick me up in 10 minutes. Incredible service! and very kind and professional from Cory! More

I have two Mercedes that I routinely bring to this center, with Cory being a major influence. From scheduling work to be done, getting estimates, and the estimated timing/execution of the service I can trust his information to be reliable. He is very professional and pleasant and I trust that he will assure me that what needs to be done with my cars will be done. From setting appointments for scheduled service or to problem solve something unusual, he is there for me - and he "knows" my cars. This proves to be very helpful in how & what he can relay to the mechanics.
