I recently purchased a used 2020 Mercedes GLC AMG 63 with 39,000 miles (beautiful, powerful SUV). A week ago, the car heat gauge went red and told me to pull over as the car was over heating. I mentioned that when I brought the car in for service. The car needed a new coolant thermostat. The total cost was an absurd $3,657.98. The parts cost $1,117 and the labor was $2,400.88. Assuming the labor took 8 hours (which is generous), the hourly labor rate comes to $300.11/hr. On top of that, they charge 3% additional if you use a credit card to pay. Not sure how this place stays in business. Needless to say, I will be taking my car to a local import car specialist not named "Mercedes" in the future. More
I've had very hit and miss satisfactory levels of service at Feldmann Imports. My most recent was not satisfactory. I paid $99 (hundred bucks) to have my car diagnosed for a noise. It sounds like the tech just drove it around the parking lot and couldn't recreate. You think!? How about getting it up to speed on streets? I also got an oil change. That was fine at $170+... But I later learned they're now adding a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Seriously? For all intents and purposes, this is now effectively a $300 oil change. Oh, even though I referenced how dirty it was, they still didn't wash it. I generally LOVE the vehicles but may have to move on from them in light of the service. Especially if I'm now being nickel and dimed. More

I dropped off my vehicle for service B and suspension work which they have replaced in less than six months, and the initial problem did not revolve. The service rep called me and said that the front sus work which they have replaced in less than six months, and the initial problem did not revolve. The service rep called me and said that the front suspension was sitting low even though the rear suspension was. I approved the service. Before the completion of the service, He quoted $5,300. When I called back to confirm the payment, He mentioned a different amount which I paid online. So when I went to pick up the vehicle, this time it was another person, and he printed me an invoice that indicated a different but less than the previous two. When I pointed out that I have been quoted three different amounts, he took the invoice back said he would talk to my service rep to clarify the disparity, but nobody reached out to me. After two days, I called the front desk, and the lady I spoke to said that she would send the service rep a message to contact me, which did not happen. The following week I called and complained that I am yet to get my concern addressed, and I requested an invoice to show the service performed; it has been a month, and still no call or an invoice, and the suspension still sits low on one side. They changed and charged for oil even though the oil sticker indicated that it was changed in a week. I have been going to this place for years, and this is the worst service and communication I have ever received. I used to work with Dan Hunt and never had any issues. More
Service Department Scammers Wife brought her AMG in for brake service & Manufacturer recall work. After inspection my wife was advised her rear tires were "bald" and needed immediate replacement. Subsequently, my wife called me and told me what they said about the tires being bald. Knowing the tires aren't bald or even close, I immediately called the service advisor and asked for an explanation. Service Advisor reiterated the claim of the tires being bald. I requested Feldmann's complete factory recall work and not do the brakes or replace the tires. Feldmann's attempted to sell 2 tires that didn't need replacing. Continental CROSSCONTACT LX SPORT MO BW 315/40R21 for $906.64 and alignment for another 170.00 that wasn't necessary. The service manager called and left me a VM saying sorry you feel that we tried to scam you. No, you're sorry you got! Dishonest Business Practices! More

He was overwhelmingly welcoming, upbeat and showed genuine concern. I really appreciated the amazing high level of service and attention provided by Don. P.S. There was a lady in the store area who was absolutely great. I can’t remember her name but she was so pleasant I just wanted to stay, sit back and talk with her. More
Don't forget the service after the sale. Feldmann Imports is second to none across the country. I have 5 vehicles that are meticulously maintained at Feldmann's. I've never had any reason to question their recommendations for service or preventative maintenance or the investment associated with the services performed. It pays off to do it properly the first time. My wife and I are treated like family whether we are calling to schedule an appointment, asking a vehicle-related question, or visiting the store to look for a new driving experience. When we acquire our new Mercedes's, the employees that we work with are not salesmen, they are "educational advisors" that teach us about all of the benefits of the features we are selecting to make a better automotive experience selection. We are always welcome at Feldmann's and they make us feel that way. More
