Service department could have killed my family (or someone else's for that matter). I had my vehicle serviced with an oil change and tire rotation before a long trip. Left the dealership with my all someone else's for that matter). I had my vehicle serviced with an oil change and tire rotation before a long trip. Left the dealership with my allegedly "completed" services around 5pm on a long drive. Thought the roadway was rough because of loud sound, but got about 200 miles into a 650+ mile trip to hear a horrible sound from my tires... checking my tire pressure and realizing it was fine, but something was not, we stopped at the next safest spot to find that one of my tires had lost a lug nut and had a severed stem. My husband then checked the other lug nuts on that tire, as well as the rest to find none of them were tight. Time to empty out the back of my trip packed car to get to a lug nut wrench to hand tighten (best we could because all service centers anywhere near us were closed). We had to spend the remaining miles driving 55 to be safe and stopping regularly to re-hand tighten the lug nuts until arrival the next morning at a Hyundai dealership in Salisbury, MD (thankfully). That dealership was awesome... fit me in on a Saturday morning; had the parts we needed; found that all of the lug nuts had only been hand tightened (by my husband); fixed it and over $200 and another 2 hours later we were finally headed to our vacation spot. We were very luck none of the tires came off the car. Not only could my family have been seriously injured or died, but we could have seriously hurt or killed someone else! No idea whether we did any permanent damage, because ultimately driving without one lug nut on a tire can cause wheel bearing and stud damage. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! In addition, they never re-set my oil change reminder (that is, if they actually changed the oil). More
Salesman James is awesome. He went above and beyond to be sure we were happy with our purchase. I will definitely be referring people to this dealership. Thank you so much. If I could give zero stars that would be my rating. Today March 5, 2022 I just had the worst experience at Feldman Hyundai dealership. My visit was prompted by my wife having an interest in the Genesis G80. For this reason, I drove my wife’s current vehicle to the dealership with the intention of being prepared to negotiate if necessary. I was not familiar with the vehicle since we have been loyal GM owners. So, after much investigation I decided to see the vehicle in person. I arrived and was promptly greeted by a sales associate but he had customers and redirected me to another sales associate. This individual was very personable. Immediately took me out to the vehicle and shared insightful information. I was impressed with what I saw and heard. This is where this dealership fell flat on their face. Being impressed with the vehicle I asked the sales person if the used car manager was there since I wanted to see what my trade value would be. The sales person did the job of gathering pictures and the necessary information on the car. I was invited to have a seat while they spoke to the Used Car manager. Five minutes later the sales person came back and said. “The manager said you should go to KBB and get that number.” I said, “What do you mean”? They said, “I don’t know why he is saying this but he is not going to look at it.” I was floored. So, I went to this used car manager myself and said “you don’t want to sell me a car?” He stated, “used car values change every day so you need to check there.” I said but wait, “I’m here now.” He then stated, “well my salesperson said you weren’t ready to buy a car today.” I said “don’t blame it on the sales person this is your mistake. I never told the sales person that I was not buying a car today. I was actually impressed and I am able to pay cash for that vehicle.” “that car could have been gone Monday morning.” “You made an assumption without getting all the information.” I guess because I am an African American wearing sweat pants and a hoodie, he didn’t want to waste his time. If he had not made assumptions, he would have realized I brought the trade vehicle which would indicate my seriousness. Also, what I shared with the sales person is that I am a Vice President of a 5-billion-dollar widely known company and have the buying power to pay cash for that car. I was debating about keeping my trade because it is in such great shape (2016 Cadillac with 58k miles that I owe zero dollars on!). I told the sales person this individual just cost you the easiest sale in your career. I was going to send my wife over there on Monday to test drive and write a check if she wanted that car…. This was poor, lazy and maybe even racist customer service by this used car manager. Furthermore, this individual attempted to “transfer blame” to the Sales Associate. Terrible! More
Vehicle was advertised online with a certain price, but once at dealership got price that included 3 additional $1200 in items added to the vehicle at the dealership and that couldn't be removed. These wer once at dealership got price that included 3 additional $1200 in items added to the vehicle at the dealership and that couldn't be removed. These were for etched theft protection tags, paint and interior protective coatings, and interior disinfectant. This made the advertised price wrong (bait and switch) and just acts as a cushion to make the dealership more money. They would not negotiate price AT ALL. Not the fault of the salesperson, but how the dealership is run. More

The documents had the correct price, finance amount and interest rate. HOWEVER, the payment calculation was over $15 month higher that it should have been. There was NO TRANSPARENCY. They tried to spin it that it was a "dealers choice" and a bunch of mumbo jumbo. DO NOT TRUST FELDMAN. More
Buyers remorse. The process took over 5 hours and I think I was just tired. It is not their fault I fell for their selling tactics. Sales person was frustrated and cursed while putting together the deal. I was just tired. It is not their fault I fell for their selling tactics. Sales person was frustrated and cursed while putting together the deal. Once I got to the finance department and they recommend the other purchase options I signed on the dotted line I was stuck (Binding contract no backing out) Not even 24 hours latter and I regret it! Bottom line never buy a new car because it is a depreciating asset not worth the new car price. Lesson learned the most expensive way possible! More

How many visits does it take to get a new car? First visit: test drive, decided to purchase. Dealer is looking for the model I want Second visit: 3 hours to get the paperwork done (rookie finance guy, didn't appear to care at all what he was doing, didn't even spell my name right). Third visit: Pick up the new car and it wasn't ready (being detailed, will be ready in 45 minutes). One hour later, still not ready (first detail job wasn't done good enough, salesman sent it back - uh huh). Car was finally ready, salesman scrambling to get temp plate and all paperwork. I removed a lot of factory no-scratch stickers from the interior while waiting. If this was the final detail, I shudder to think what the first attempt looked like. Fourth visit: I don't have an account number to make first payment to. Was told the finance paperwork was wrong and had to be redone. I'll get the account number to you ASAP. Fifth visit: Well, guess what? The figures in the paperwork are still wrong and I need to sign everything AGAIN. I'll get the account number to you ASAP. Waited a week, called to get the number - I'm waiting for Hyundai finance to open so I can get it. I'm not coming in again, email the info to me, which finally did - HOPE IT'S THE RIGHT ONE. Bottom line: I love the car, it's fun to drive, etc. The staff at the New Hudson location needs to really polish their act. The lines of bull and "I was just about to call you" do not work - try telling the truth or just doing your job right the first time. I would not buy a bicycle from these clowns. More
