I went to New Hudson service center and Service Advisory LYNNE RUDEN was very helpful . She explained me everything and did all the paperwork needed to claim by herself which makes me so easy . I was just relaxed and they fixed both my tires . I will greatly appreciate LYNE RUDEN.(Service Advisor) as well as the manager which I forgot the name. Finally this service station always cool and reliable. More

The first thing I asked for The first two things I asked for in my vehicle was XM and Air Condition. After being assured that I could get this over the phone, I drove 52 minutes The first two things I asked for in my vehicle was XM and Air Condition. After being assured that I could get this over the phone, I drove 52 minutes to the dealership and got a new vehicle. Got into my new car and as I was driving home, I realized there was no XM radio. I called them and they told me that one couldn’t be put into my car through the dealership. Being that this information didn’t seem possible, I called another location and found that it was possible. They want to put in some aftermarket piece of crap. I should also mention that I had to make two additional trips to this dealership. This took time out of my day, miles off my lease, and gas out of my tank. I expect to spend a couple of hours at the dealership with getting a car, the second time I was here I was stuck in the dealership for three hours plus. I am at the dealership again right now for the third time and I’ve been here for one hour without a solution. I was asked five times by my sales person to give them a five star rating, but I don’t think I can do that because I am not happy. More

Was far from anything but amazing I’ve never liked shopping for a car. Then i naught one from Feldman Hyundai.
