As a first time buyer, I'm glad I bumped into Jimmy and the rest of them at Feldman beacuse now I have a great first car buying memory and it's thanks to them!! This was my first car buying experience and i'm very satisfied with the vehicle and the Feldman Hyundai of New Hudson dealership and their helpful staff. I have interfaced with countless sales representatives from multiple dealers over my lifetime. Without a doubt Jimmy Haddad has been the best sales person I have dealt with in many years. From my first call to him, he was professional and responded to me quickly regarding the specials the dealer had to offer. He worked well with me to discuss my needs and quickly followed through with showing exactly what I wanted in a car that was in stock at the dealership. I drove quite a way to meet with Jimmy Haddad because I felt he had the integrity I was looking for in a sales person and it was worth my while. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he delivered on my expectations, right through to the delivery of my shiny new KIA as well as subsequent follow-up to ensure I was a happy customer.
