The only complaint that I have is when I was going to test drive a vehicle the keys were no where to be found. There was a 10-15 minute wait between the cars I drove. Although I did purchase my vehicle on a late night, none of the features of my car were discussed to me. I also had a trade in that I still owed on and nothing was explained to me on the remaining balance was going to be taken care of. I financed the negative amount I had with my trade in into the new car I purchased. This was my first time buying a car on my own, I did feel rushed at the end. I do like my vehicle that I ended up with .I just felt that things could of ran much smoother if keys were available and printers were working at the time I was there. I had my prices hand written on a folder. That to me was so unprofessional.Also the one thing I wish that could of been discussed was to have actual wheels on my car not the wheel covers. I bought the care at night, I do get that, I just wish the vehicle was fully shown to me. Also I wish the discussion of the actual amount of the car and or models would of been presented to me a little further on the 2017 Elantra model. EX. I have the clear impression that the dealer did everything to just keep me waiting on a "possible" deal and also hid important information in the process. For example not informing the obvious delays. Another severe fault was offering one monthly installment rate and after I signed my offer informing a new, higher one. More
