HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The service desk associates are nothing but rude. I first called in for service for them to say they have nothing available for months. After they re The service desk associates are nothing but rude. I first called in for service for them to say they have nothing available for months. After they realized I was not happy with this answer, although I understand when places are busy, but months?! They call 10 minutes later saying they have an opening in a month. Once I get there, I walk in and the receptionists are sitting (facing the door I came through) looking at their computer and then doing paperwork while one is talking to another associate and I'm not being acknowledged AT ALL. Once I talk to one, I mention an additional problem and state "I'm not sure if this is covered under my warranty but I have been having a slow leak on my right rear tire and have to put air in it every couple days. It's been like this since I purchased it 6 months ago". I was told it possibly wasn't sealed on the rim. He then asks me if I checked to see if I have a nail in it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR SERVICE OR TIME OF DAY. More

My transmission light was on, I called McInerney's for advise they told me to bring it in. It was repaired, about 2 months later it was time to get an oil change, I took it for the usual oil service estab advise they told me to bring it in. It was repaired, about 2 months later it was time to get an oil change, I took it for the usual oil service establisment, but I could not open the hood, the technician asked me when was the last time the hood was opened. It was when the car was serviced at McInerney's. I went straight to McInerney's chrysler Dodge and talked to the service guy, he took me to the manager and right off the manager stated there is no way I'm going to be responsible for an 11 year old car that hood won't open. Then he said charge her $35.00 to check, $90.00 for the part and charge her for labor, that came to over $280.00s. He was rude, obnoxious, bad salemanship, inconsiderate with a bad temper. So, I had to pay to have it checked to see if it was my fault and for the part. I never brought the car back in because now I don't trust them. I would like to fill out a complaint sheet and have an appointment with the district manager. No one at McInerney's will give me the district managers name or email address. They still have the part and this occurrance was in March or April. More
Had a problem with service during oil change. Our 1999 Neon with approx 90,000 miles was brought to McInerney CJD after dealership that I dealt with since 1996 was closed due to Crysler. I took it in for Neon with approx 90,000 miles was brought to McInerney CJD after dealership that I dealt with since 1996 was closed due to Crysler. I took it in for an oil change and they stripped out the oil pan plug, then proceeded to state that my wife was a lair and that they never had changed the plug out with an aftermarket drain plug. Now my car is leaking oil, and they have proceeded to give me a quote for approx $500 dollars to replace the oil pan. The damage that was done has been looked at 2 different mechanics and they stated that this could have only happened by over tightening or cross threading the plug. More
