Service department When I brought my truck in I was asked if i had an appt. When your engine light comes on you usually don't! This is unacceptable and had I know i would have gone to another dealership. More
Worst experience with service department! I have never been treated so rudely in my life! I hope the service technicians get talked to after my visit with the manager today. will not be back Very disrespectful, especially Ken the Service Manager, who refused to submit digital pictures for a warranty repair, actually told me he doesn't work Very disrespectful, especially Ken the Service Manager, who refused to submit digital pictures for a warranty repair, actually told me he doesn't work for Chrysler so go ahead and call as many big shots at Chrysler, because he wakes up and puts his pants on and comes to work and it isn't for Chrysler. He also told me my repair was an Act of God and to file an insurance claim if I wanted it fixed. I was also told they do not get paid timely with warranty work, I guess that's why they do not want to be bothered. I will never deal with this dealership again and have already submitted the complaint about this dealership to Chrysler/Jeep. More
Great Body Shop! In August of 2016 I had the misfortune of hitting a deer. The frond end of my 2014 Chrysler 300S was in bad shape to the point of it being around $3, In August of 2016 I had the misfortune of hitting a deer. The frond end of my 2014 Chrysler 300S was in bad shape to the point of it being around $3,000 in damages. Fortunately, the body shop staff at McInerney's did an excellent job with the repair work. Jeff, the body shop manager, was very friendly and helped me out putting in the insurance claim. He kept me updated on the progress of repairs as it took a little longer than originally planned. When it came time to pick up the 300, you would have thought it just rolled off the assembly line. The paint work and everything else was flawless. Thanks for a job well done! More

Makes you wish you never leased a across here. Never had this problem at Ford's. The guys at the desk are doing there best but the system is broke. Need more help and more efficient system in my opinion More

I pay almost $800 month for a brand new car that just stopped running, made an appointment to have it worked on, 3 days later the car still has not been looked and and I still have no vehicle to get to work. I have bought from Ford and Chevy dealers in the past and have never dealt with so much unorganized workmanship. Very disappointed More
Body shop is outstanding I bought a new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and with 3000 miles on it I got rear-ended. $12,000 worth of damage. The frame is even slightly bent. The shop manager Jeff was very knowledgeable and cooperative. I asked if I could stop in and see the progress on my vehicle anytime and they had zero problems with that.Ray was the technician doing the bodywork. He proved to be very knowledgeable and does outstanding work. He seems to treat it as more of an art form and I can appreciate that. I stopped in and visited the process about once a week took pictures and they answered all my questions. I am a person who keeps my vehicles a very long time so this was very important to me that it was done right. I have to say I was very very impressed with the work that was done. Even now that I put another 3000 miles on the vehicle, it is like the accident never happened. Thank you very much to the whole body shop. More
Nick in the Service Center got me in and out in a very timely manner for my recalls on my Jeep! Normally I wouldn't bring my car here to be serviced, even though it's closer, got me in and out in a very timely manner for my recalls on my Jeep! Normally I wouldn't bring my car here to be serviced, even though it's closer, because in the past I recived bad service. I got in a pinch and had to drop it off there. Not only did Nick get my car serviced in a timely manner, he made sure it was done RIGHT! I will definitely request Nick to get my car serviced! I'll definately be back! Thanks Nick! More
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS Called for an appointment to drop car off for service, was told they couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. So I dropped car off at 8am on day of appointment. Called to check on car at 4pm and was told they hadn't looked at car, and I could leave it overnight and MAYBE they could get to it tomorrow. xxx, l had to make arrangements around my work schedule and don't have time to keep taking time off work and trying to get rides to/from this place. I will NEVER spend another dime in this place if that's the way they treat customers. More
Waste of time! I set up an appointment that took 3 weeks to even get for a recall. The day of appt I dropped my vehicle off at 8:45am , called at 2:30pm to see when it would be done after getting the run around they finally admitted to me when I called back at 4 pm that they were backed up and haven't even started it. The advisor said it wouldn't be done today and they should of told me when it was dropped off this morning that it wasn't going to be looked at today. I'm so livid, not only did they have my vehicle all day and do absolutely nothing, they knew that was the situation when I dropped it off and failed to mention it!!!! I took my keys and left, I guess I will have to go to a different dealership for this recall! More
