David Teska is a Great salesperson. We came downstate to visit my Father. We had looked around our area upper Michigan for a Newer used Jeep, but to ne avail! On the way to see my Father, We went past McIne visit my Father. We had looked around our area upper Michigan for a Newer used Jeep, but to ne avail! On the way to see my Father, We went past McInerney's Woodhave Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge Inc. and spotted a Newer used Jeep. It was after dealership hours. The next day we decided to stop by the dealership. The gentleman got us a very nice salesperson by the name of David Teska.It was pouring rain and we explained we would like to see the 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and one other Jeep, but explained, we also had our beloved Newfoundland Dog with us (his name is" Grizzley" He is 2yrs. old. We couldn't leave him to long as we wanted to test drive the 2 Jeeps. Why, do you know the very nice gentleman and salesperson David Teska, said to us, You are more than Welcome to Bring Grizzley in! It was so nice! We didn't have to leave him! (he was on his leash of course). That meant so much to my husband and I! and Grizzley!We took turns (my husband and I) as we each test drove the 2 Jeeps! Needless to say we bought the 2008 Jeep Grand CHEROKEE lAREDO! David Teska had the Jeep ready for us to bring home the next day! We couldn't have asked for BETTER SERVICE!! It meant so much to us his friendly personality, answered all our questions, and liked our dog Grizzley!! Go David!!!1 My husband Michael and I Diane and "Grizzley" would like to thank him 10 fold! and also the people in the Dealership were very kind, and we and Grizzley made many new friends, oh yes, Grizzley loves cruising in the 2008 Jeep with us. From the second we walked into the dealership, we were greeted by Phil, a very professional, knowledgeable and friendly individual. A wonderful,impressionable man! During our conversation with Phil, we mentioned we were thinking about looking at the 2012 Jeeps. That is when he introduced us to Chuck Shivel of sales. Chuck asked what we were looking for and the sale progressed from there. Please know when we walked into the dealership, we had no intention what so ever on purchasing a new jeep that day. It was our first stop! I have to tell you the sale was made that day because of the knowledge demonstrated, no pressure tactics or know it all attitude, just plain friendly helpful information on the new 2012 jeep and of course a test drive. Because of the honesty, helpful, going out of their way to answer all our questions and their ability to locate a jeep just like we wanted, we walked out of the dealership a proud owner of a 2012 new Red Jeep. They were our first stop and only stop - we were so pleased with how we were treated and the information they provided to us, we decided we didn't need to go anywhere else. I went in looking for a new Caliber and came out buying the Caliber I had been wanting. Steven was very helpful and gave me the car I was looking for and even went as far as pointing out some of the featur the Caliber I had been wanting. Steven was very helpful and gave me the car I was looking for and even went as far as pointing out some of the features that I didn't know how to use. My only disappointment was that I didn't get the Owners Manuel DVD for my car, (because the User guide doesn't tell how the glove box cooler works!) and that I had to pay for the 1 seatbelt extension that I have for my car when I wanted 2 (but couldn't afford to pay for the other one!). I love My Dodge Caliber and I have not had to go back for any work on it and hope I won't have to! More
