I feel this dealership did a really good job overall; however, the process was slow. I had ordered the vehicle the week before after a great price and speaking with Paul. I let the dealership know I wo however, the process was slow. I had ordered the vehicle the week before after a great price and speaking with Paul. I let the dealership know I would pick up the vehicle the following Monday morning around 1130. Eventhough the vehicle was ready with the exception of the protective seal I purchased, this process took ~4/4.5 hours to complete. Seems like a long time especially when everything was decided when we entered the dealership. I thought I would go in, sign some paperwork and drive off with my new vechile. Instead I had to listen to a very long speech, yet effective speech on warranties and background checks. Then to top it off, the dealerships rule of thumb is that you don't even receive a full tank of gas to drive off the lot. This part really was the hardest to swallow. you have a customer spend 4 hours on your lot, purchase a vehicle for upwards of 38K and I couldnt even get a full tank of gas. Outside of this - Paul Marshall was great to work with, and I would definitely buy from him again. More
