Watch what papers you sign, and make sure they are correct. I’m 75 yrs old and have with congestive heart failure. My son came to me and said he could get a car in his name if I would co- sign. Than o correct. I’m 75 yrs old and have with congestive heart failure. My son came to me and said he could get a car in his name if I would co- sign. Than on June 1st he came home and said i got the car if I would sign. As we were sign these I asked the sales person if I was just the co- signer and he said yes , all I seen was a black screen that he would say sign and initial. They gave my son the keys and printed out the paperwork. I never was. A co- signer so I didn’t think nothing of it. 3 months later a get a call from the bank asking for car payments for 3 months. I ask them why they were calling me and they stated I was the buyer of the car. I told them no I wasn’t and at that time I had no paperwork they sent me some paperwork and this dealership lied to me. I went down to the dealership asked them for a copy of my contract, and they had a Florida license, which at that time I didn’t have a Florida license. I asked him where was the other paperwork, I never gave than any information on my income which I live on social security, in fact I don’t even drive. The salesmen had the nerve to ask me what do you expect them to do. I’ve called and ask for the main manager but I was told he only comes in once in awhile. We came home with the car and I went out for awhile I came back home car gone clothes and had stolen my computer. not only that i found out he is on drugs never knew that, now i have to worry about he gets high and kills someone i will never forgive myself. in my opinion, this was Fraud, Never went down there , never gave them any paperwork. and to put me as the buyer i don't make enough money a month to make a car payment loan enough insurance. when I talk to the bank, they said car dealers don't care who gets in the paperwork as long as I can sell the car. this a not how you run a business, i hope i live long enough to get this straightened out. I had stopped at a drive through place, and pulled over to eat my burger. When I tried to put my seat back, the electronics of that seat went crazy. The entire seat went all the way back, and the seat back went all the way flat. I looked under the seat, but, of course did not know how to fix whatever was wrong. By coincidence I was about a mile away from Feldman, my dealer, and drove there immediately. the service people took a quick look, said it looked like something had come unplugged, and got it back working. I was very happy and complimented them on their quick responsiveness and expertise... Until about 3 weeks later, when it happened again. I had had a doctor's appointment at a hospital downtown and after the valet had moved my seat to fit him, I tried to reposition for me again. Same crazy seat movement. I pulled into a parking lot, and tried to look for the little "plug" that may have come loose again, but there was no little plug that I could just replug, just a bunch of wiring. I must have moved the wiring around in such a way, that whatever short was happening was reconnected and I was able to drive the 25 miles home OK. I needed an oil change and a tire check a couple weeks later, and wanted them to check out and fix the seat problem. No problem on the oil and the tire, but the seat required an appointment, and the closest one I could get was in November (3 months away). After expressing my outrage at the delay, I made the appointment, which I finally went to November 4. OK, I had to leave the car, but they didn't know when they would get to it. Well, I argued, what's the use of an appointment then? They had no idea where I was in the queue, but they would look at it in 24-48 hours. When 24 hours was up I called to see if they knew when it would be seen, and was finally told I was 10 cars out. BUT, even though it looked like several days away, I couldn't have my car, because it had to be on their lot (just sitting there) while I had to get rides from people. I said, they could call me the day before it was to be seen and I could bring it back. NOPE, had to be on their lot. Why? I asked, "that's the way it's done." So, I'm picking up my car tomorrow and looking for a new dealer. I've been driving Chrysler minivans for 35 years, from 1989 until now, and was planning on a new one next year. Well, with their dismal "service" it won't be at Feldman. Don't like to play the "old lady" card, but having an almost 80 year old in an empty parking lot downtown trying to figure out where that little plug was, and just by chance finding some magical connection, doesn't look good. I'm always afraid to change my seat position when driving and can't let anyone else drive my car just in case. It's a hit or miss proposition when I try to change position. Sometimes I feel it starting to go whacky, and sometimes it works fine. I have to explain to valet about not moving my seat every time I go to my appointments (every 2-4 weeks) and hope they see the big note I have to leave, just in case. More

Service department had my compass for 4 weeks for a headlight problem. I called weekly for progress snd never received a callback as I was told. and they said the problem was not found. In the 4th week headlight problem. I called weekly for progress snd never received a callback as I was told. and they said the problem was not found. In the 4th week I contacted service manager Mike and received a call next day saying the car required 2 sensors After being without my compass for 4 weeks they charged me $850 and the service man said that was discounted. I will never bring my vehicle back to them for service because they are incompetence and unreliable I feel I got the run around and they didn’t know what was wrong or just didn’t work on it. $850 was too steep to pay for 2 sensors and 4 weeks of being without it More

There were several times we've contacted him for a possible early turn in, but he said to wait because the deals weren't in our favor. He will work to find the best deal, knowing each customer's price limits and must-haves. He found the perfect vehicle for me after months of searching and number crunching. He's responsive to texts and calls, even when he's away from the Woodhaven store. We look forward to many more great years with Casey. More

BEWARE of salesman Brad Hanson and Finance &Insurance Mgr Larry Curcuru at this dealership. They will have you signing a financial disaster of a "car deal" before you even know what is happening. This deale Larry Curcuru at this dealership. They will have you signing a financial disaster of a "car deal" before you even know what is happening. This dealership still thinks it can tack on "Dealer Markups" on vehicles and not inform the customer until after they run your credit and apply for multiple loans that you didn't even as them to do for you. Surprise, surprise, surprise! Brad lied on the bank loan application and doubled my stated monthly income to push the loan through at Ally Bank. That is Banking FRAUD. DO NOT do business with Feldman Auto Group or Mark Walberg dealerships. They are in business together. They have a NEW 2022 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack with a shaker hood that is not a car your everyday buyer comes in to inquire about and seriously purchase. We were serious buyers. If they wouldn't have gotten greedy and wrote a clean deal in the first place, they would have sold this 11 month old new car. Hope they are enjoying the interest they are paying for those muscle cars sitting in their show room and on their lot. The deal was so dirty the GM ended up "Unwinding" the deal. More

So I went in to take it for a test drive and was introduced to Nathan Ward ( nward@feldmanauto.com - 734.255.9774 ) who was my product specialist for the purchase of this vehicle. Nate then introduced me to Larry Curcuru ( lcurcuru@feldmanauto.com - 734-362-3138 ), and later, Adam James ( ajames@feldmanauto.com ) both of the finance department to finalize this deal. They were all very friendly and easy to work with and Nate and Larry worked hard to get me the best deal available AND the highest possible return on my trade-in. They were very attentive to all my concerns and allowed me to take my time. They explained everything along the way, worked hard to get me the lowest monthly payments possible and answered every question I had. The vehicle was certified, inspected and updated in their shop on every system, and Nate showed me how to work every option on my Jeep. Bill even authorized Nate to give me new tires all the way around. Great deal, great product, great team… whether new or used, I will be a returning customer thanks to this very pleasant experience and the expertise of all these individuals. I highly recommend you shop Feldman Chrysler Jeep of Woodhaven, and ask for Nathan Ward. Robert A Trenton, Michigan More
