Absolutely awful! Even trying to deal with management they do nothing. My vehicle was at this location for repairs from March 25 to April 24. When I did receive it back there were different issues that were not present when I dropped it off. Communication was nonexistent, I had to instigate contact for any updates, and was flat out lied to as to the status of my repairs. I finally contacted the service manager who informed me that as of April 18 work had not even started on my vehicle. I spent nearly $1200 on ride share and car rental services as I was told numerous times that there were no loaner vehicles available. My entire experience with this dealership's service department was a nightmare. More

DO NOT GO HERE! We have been leasing from Al Deeby (me, my son, my mom, my husband, my sister, 2 aunts, 3 cousins, and an uncle) for 15+ years with no issue. FELDMAN We have been leasing from Al Deeby (me, my son, my mom, my husband, my sister, 2 aunts, 3 cousins, and an uncle) for 15+ years with no issue. FELDMAN IS HORRIFIC. My husbands check engine light came on his 2020 Ram 1500. We took it to Feldman (our first dealing with them since they bought out Al Deeby). They said there was sludge in the engine and refused to fix it even though it is a LEASED vehicle unless we proved we had oil changes. We thought this was such xx but produced the receipts from my husbands work mechanic (he is a truck driver). They then proceeded to tell us we had to produce RECEIPTS FOR THE OIL WE PURCHASED FOR THE OIL CHANGES OR PAY THEM $1,100.00. Needless to say, we went and got the truck, took it to Milosch's dealership and now our truck is fixed FREE OF CHARGE as it should have been to begin with. I hope it was worth losing 11 leases FELDMAN. We won't be back. Brandy is a condescending person who should not have a job anywhere (but she fits right in over there). DO NOT LEASE/BUY FROM HERE AND IF YOU ALREADY HAVE, TAKE YOUR CAR TO MILOSCH'S OVER IN LAKE ORION!!!! THEY ARE AMAZING....And they have 11 leases coming their way over the next 2 years:) #feldmanisascam More
The customer service at Feldman's service department is absurd. I made a service appointment over 3 weeks in advance and even dropped the vehicle off the night before per their instructions. I contacted the dealership at 5:00PM to get a status update, and was informed they will not be able to look at my truck for maybe 4, but probably 5 days. I asked if I could pick up my vehicle and bring it back, and was informed I will lose my place in line if I take my vehicle off the lot. So basically you need to arrange 3 weeks in advance to have Feldman hold your vehicle hostage for a week. My complaint is not that they could not honor my appointment, and I understand the staffing challenges and material availability issues most industries are facing. My complaint is there were opportunities to provide improved customer service; notify customers of delays and reschedule when necessary, allow customers to drop off closer to the actual service time/date, arrange a quick vehicle triage lane to determine parts/labor time to improve scheduling through their shop, and I'm sure there are many other opportunities. This dealership has very poor customer service practices and seem ill equipped to operate in the current market climate. More
My Jeep Grand Cherokee was dropped off for both maintenance and some additional work found while it was there. This was my first time having warranty service performed on my jeep wrangler at this dealership and they treated me like I was a lifetime customer and had my service repair completed on 3 days.
