I went to sell my vehicle that I purchased from them a year. The same Salesman and all. I paid cash no financing involved. The Salesman and his assistant BS me for about 2 hours. Tried to sale me something I had not requested and lowballed me for my less than year 2020 Chevy Trax. It also took another 30 minutes to get my vehicle back from them because I guess they thought I was poor and stupid and would accept their low ball offer. Upon examining my vehicle the next day leaving my home I noticed they had put something sticky on my vehicle. (their dealership ID) and then removed it damaging my car. It was days later when I noticed because this was not my only vehicle. I knew I probably couldn't make a case. My vehicle by the way had about 1100 miles at the time. Pristine and outstanding condition. I would never recommend and I will never return. They followed up with calls and text messages but not to me but to other customers that had left angry. What a mess! Go anywhere else! More
Took my Equinox in for oil change/ tire rotation/ multi point inspection. Service tech did not provide me with my multi point inspection report at check out. After calling them, they faxed it to me. Upon review of inspection report, I noticed that the mechanic? or shop tech? indicated that tire rotation wasn't needed & my brakes were actually better than they were 2 years prior? Very apparent that the tech just went through and checked boxes for inspection that was not even performed. Car went back for another inspection. More
This dealership bait and switches. I was already settling on a car due to the chip shortage and not getting what I wanted but I had a few bare minimum requirements I made clear I would not do without. The sales person supposedly found a car on a truck that had those minimums coming in soon. Showed us the spec sheet as we were going to walk without those items. They pushed us to buy sight unseen as they said we would not get a vehicle if we did not. The finance person further pushed it when we got uncomfortable signing for a car we had not seen and they could not even tell us when we would have it but they wanted our down payment right now. She said she works there and was purchasing a Tahoe off a truck that had 3 on it. While she was filling out the paperwork other dealerships snagged 2 of them and she could not get the color she wanted. They go that quick! You needed to sign and pay now to secure one. Go figure there were several sitting there that came off that same truck when I picked up mine. Anyways, I pick up the vehicle and it did not have the features it was supposed to have. So we pull out the paperwork thinking maybe they just gave us the wrong one off the truck, giving them the benefit of the doubt. No the VIN# matches. We dig deeper into our paperwork, go figure the spec sheet is not in there (we know why I was never getting that car if it ever even existed) and find that they also added warranties we were not told of, asked for nor had any idea we were paying for. The sales person said oh that was not him finance must have done that. But well the finance person had the exact price he quoted us as it was already built in to the price she was handed....... so no not really buddy, that was all you. They have no cars to sell. He knew he could not sell me what I wanted so he pretended to give me what I wanted knowing what I was actually getting. And because they have no cars to sell and he is not making money he went ahead and added on warranties to try and make a little extra money. He assumed we would never notice or say anything. I am sure a lot of people don't! When we called upset about the bait and switch he did not take accountability he laid guilt trips. I have talked to friends about it and found out I should have done that before going to their lot as I would not have to begin with. 6 of my friends have shared horror stories and that they would have never let me shop there had they known. That many people that I know locally (I do not know that many people out here as we are new to the area)! I feel extremely taken advantage of and would never shop here again. I may never buy another Chevy because of it. They should not have dealerships treating people like this. If it is that widely known that 6 of my friends know about it, it should be on Chevy's radar. Do not trust this dealership. Buy elsewhere! If you want a Chevy go to another Chevy dealer. Do not trust these people! More

Wow I can’t believe that this dealership has 4 stars rating with the horrible service Thomas Dennis gives customers. I was there to try build a 2022 corvette but I got the vibe that Thomas Dennis wasn’t interested in selling me a vehicle and Feldman requires a large payment down in order to build the 2022 corvette also Thomas Dennis assumed that I wanted a corvette right away by telling me that he couldn’t get me a corvette today when I already knew that there is a waiting list for the 2022 corvette and they are not going to start building 2022 corvette until July but it’s okay cause Feldman is not going to be the only dealership that sells 2022 corvettes and I also found a dealership that accepts $500 instead of $1000 down payment to build a 2022 corvette and gives great customer service to their customers. I’ll continue to do business with that dealership and bring them more customers. More
