Jeff was incredibly professional and helpful. He quickly was able to bring my vehicle in to be looked at by tech Ryan Nast. They quickly found out the problem and proposed a solution to me. Even having to wait for parts, the repair was done quickly and up to the most critical standards. I could not be happier with the service I received. Jeff is a truly good and kind human being who I would trust with any of my vehicles. Ryan did the repair flawlessly despite my never-ending nosiness. The fact that my vehicle was not even a Chevrolet mattered little to their expertise (I have brought Chevys into the dealership before and have received the same phenomenal service). Even the price was very reasonable. Taking your vehicle into a dealership other than Marty Feldman (or any other under the Feldman flag) would be an exercise in futility... and foolishness. Thank you so much Jeff and Ryan and all the other service writers and techs who were very friendly throughout the entire process. Keep up the good work guys and you have a customer for life. More

I was not happy that my newer Suburban had an issue. But Cole was very friendly, seemed genuinely concerned about my issue and the work was done in a few hours. It was convienient that they were on-site but 1 guy had to handle customers and my wait was 45 minutes. I asked Cole to find an alternative and he called Enterprise.
