Mr. Sharpe, It is my understanding that you have spoke with our Service Director, Rick Ybarra, back in September. He had a new bumper put on for you rather than repairing the original. He had offered you a payment or a warranty or maintenance package and he said that you do your own work and did not need that. My Dealership participates in the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program. I did talk to your service director, he offerred me a free oil change.That does not cover the dimminished value of my car. The paint job they did has fish eyes and is obviously not factory quality. And the bumper was only replaced after I raised hell. I brougt a new car to you; and left with a uesd one that had been in a accident. At the end of the day it cost you nothing, you charged the repair to the employee.Who is the person who hired someone and let them drive my car that obviously didnt know how to drve a stick? To say im not happy with your dealership is the under-statement of the year.
