I purchased a new 2011 Camaro from Marty Feldman and took it in for service. I waited at the Dealer. The car was returned and was told that the work was complete. They would mail the paper work to me. I left it in for service. I waited at the Dealer. The car was returned and was told that the work was complete. They would mail the paper work to me. I left the dealer and the car had the same problem. I turned around and drove back to the dealer and asked what they did. Jeff asked the tech and said there was nothing he could do about the issue. Before I went to the dealer I had printed off the TSB and instruction for fixing the issue. I was sit in the car in the service drive through when the tech said "now what" to Jeff and told him that "this is one of those guys who spends too much time on the internet." I left Marty Feldman and took my car to Tennyson the next day. Tennyson reviewed the documents (TSB), order the part. 3 days later they called to tell me the part arrived and I took the car in and they fixed the issue. Simple and easy. Tennyson is a drive for me but they have nice people that respect there customers and pay attention to the details. My wife’s 2010 Malibu was damaged in an accident she took to Marty Feldman’s body shop becease it was the closest deal to her office. The parts were ordered and the car was dropped off for repair. The car was promised in 5 to 7 working days. 10 days later the car was ready for pick up. The car was not cleaned, there was tape residue on it, the trunk was full of old tape, paper, dust and other debris. The inside was covered in dust. Left the car there for another day them to clean up. More
Worst dealer ever! Took my 2 month old camaro in for sevice.After they performed the factory recal, they left the parking brake off and smashed my car. Then I had to raise xxxx to get them to replae the rear bumper instead of just filling it in.End result; I have a paint job with sevral inperfectins in the paint and a cheap apology, but the car will never be the same again. Also, the whole buying expierance bfore hand was poor, and then while i purchased the car, the salesman was a whole nother story. He did not know how to install the convertable top cover, and was less than helpfull when I asked him about the options with the car. Needless to say, I would not recomend this dealer to even my worst enemy. More
It has been over a month now since I received my last service at Marty Feldman. However, the customer service that I received by Jeff Zajac each and every time has been second to none and will never be service at Marty Feldman. I've had my HHR SS in for a service issue several times, but each time, Jeff has been prompt, focused on making sure that he understands what I need done, makes me feel that he cares and wants to get my service needs addressed. As I mentioned, I've had to return more than once to get a issue addressed, but each time, Jeff has made me feel right at home. Now if I have any other service work needs, I know I can go to Jeff, because he is dependable and will take care of my matter expeditiously. So, because of these experiences with Jeff, I will definitely take my vehicle to Marty Feldman for any type of service work and will absolutely consider buying my next vehicle from this dealership! Watch out, December 20, 2011, I went here with their internet list of 18 used Impalas. There were only 2 there, the salesman said he would check on the others. Then a manager got involved telling us we could buy new for only a couple thousand more, claiming we could get $3,000 incentive and $4,500 employee discount and he would sign for it. I said lets look at the numbers and see. After walking around the lot looking at new cars, with another salesman in new cars. I was asked a few questions and this salesman went to work up the pricing. In the meantime salesman #1 came back with another used car. My wife went out to look at it while I waited for salesman #2. My wife came back with the card they hang on the mirror with a price of $24,995 for 2010 used Impala with 31,000 miles and they wrote on the back saying we could have it today for $19,995. We took it for a ride and my wife found it on the internet list for $17,850. Showed it to manager, he made a call to gover his butt and said he has to give it to us for that price, what a great deal. SCAM. NO DEAL. Went back to Salesman #2 he said payment on new is $550, no pricing, no paperwork. I said how much is the car, he then took us to another person that could show me the pricing. This person turned his computer screen to show me the pricing. They wouldn't give me anything in print, probably because they could be held to it. We wasted an afternoon with this run around. We left disgusted feeling scammed and misled. BEWARE RIP OFF More

In February, I had been rear-ended during an ice-storm, so I brought 2011 Chevy Avalanche into Marty Feldman Chevrolet for body-work. Mark Metstadt provided exceptionally smooth service; from handling the insurance claim adjuster to delivering my vehicle in a prompt fashion. An added bonus, the dealership has a Hertz Car rental service office built into the Dealer's building. I would recommend service and auto-body at Marty Feldman Chevrolet to anyone with a GM vehicle. My experience @ the dealership was EXTREMELY EXCELLENT. I originally called to speak with A used car salesman @ Feldman KIA when I seen a 2011 Hyundai Sonata that I wanted. I spoke with Andrew and he was ver originally called to speak with A used car salesman @ Feldman KIA when I seen a 2011 Hyundai Sonata that I wanted. I spoke with Andrew and he was very understanding when I told him my credit was not the best. I attempted to go for the Sonata but, my interest rate was going to be sky high...LOL! Andrew helped me to the fullest to get into a car with low interest rate. I was then introduce to the best Finance Manager of Marty Feldman Chevrolet, Mary Maroudis. Mary was very understanding of my needs and what I could afford. I walked in to get a use car and ended up with much better selection 2011 Malibu brand new not used. I love my new car and I felt like a kid in a toy store. I like to say this dealership is the best!!!! #1 in my book for life!!!! I will continue doing business and refer people to go to FELDMAN KIA/MARTY FELDMAN CHEVROLET. One thing I wish I was provided with Wheel Locks and all weather rugs...{smiling}! That's cool! My salesman Andrew and Mary went to bat for me to get this car. Before I pulled off the lot with my new Car Robert walked me through step by step on the features of the Malibu. I love the On Star and XM radio. I really love the Bluetooth that comes with the vehicle so I DON'T HAVE TO WEAR A BLUETOOTH WHILE DRIVING. Robert was excellent on explaining step by step features of my New Malibu like if the car was his. Robert knew every detail about the Malibu. I'm so happy I have a brand new CAR. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES TO THE STAFF!!! I WAS TREATED WITH NOTHING BUT, LOVE! I'm truly bless and grateful. More
Salesman Randall Great! Rest of dealership is a total mess would not recommend or go back under any circumstances. Car Delivered filthy! New Car!!! We were told loan would be one rate, went to sign papers different rate! Dealer agreed to change rate 2 days later (why not give proper rate in beginning?) Tara Finance person complete unprofessional. Goofy, can't answer questions. Finally received payment book, loan still incorrect. Contacted dealer 3rd time had to leave voicemail for Tara and Sean, one day later no returned call from either. Called back. Tara said she never received message, hmmm they returned calls before we signed finance papers, now good luck getting a hold of anyone. Tara said first loan at high rate is open, when bank gets paper work for lower rate, first loan will be canceled out! Really Tara? Just like that? Sean Misko the General Sales Manager is not much help. We were told loans don't just get canceled out as Tara stated in her voicemail. I could not believe how unprofessional Tara is and the incorrect information she left concerning auto loan. Car was so filthy at delivery Sean asked me to leave it and he would have it cleaned and a poly clear coat applied to car. I agreed. Took 24 hours. They have me a free rental (and they should have) Funny… Car looked great, really shiny. But when I opened the doors the door jams were still dirty, service manager Cole jumped so quickly to wipe them down! Thanks’ Cole, but remember the dealer had this car for 24 hours and they were supposed to detail the car. Let's Review: 1)We were told we were approved for one loan rate and the rate almost doubled when we went to sign. 2)We were told 3 days later to come back and sign new loan papers for lower rate. Over one week later, after signing 2nd load papers they are not processed and higher rate still in effect. (Not done with this one yet) 3)Car was filthy upon delivery. Had to bring back car and leave for over 24 hours for cleaning and additional free poly coat. Went to pick up car and door jams were still dirty ( Cole wiped them cleaned upon pick up ) Sean, saw this rating on Dealer Rater and left me a rude "I don't understand why your upset, Maybe it is better your don't come back to this dealer." message Sean read 2 & 3 above, see why I'm upset. I just want to be done with this dealer. What a bunch of incompetent people. More
