I went there for oil change and tire rotation. The guy who work there told me there is a large screw in the tire and it costs $25 for repair. I asked them to leave it and I got it fixed for free at Bellet who work there told me there is a large screw in the tire and it costs $25 for repair. I took it to another auto service that I trust, they told me it is not only me that I had this problem. I believe they change oil and try to make damage to another car parts, so I go back there for repair! More
my name is jena, i had to make a very big decision during a time in which i had no time to make a decision. Steve and brittany really made me feel comfortable with my decision to get myself into a new car be a time in which i had no time to make a decision. Steve and brittany really made me feel comfortable with my decision to get myself into a new car because i drive a lot and my previous car was just not able to handle all the driving that i do. i was on such a time crunch, the dealership was super busy! and with all the craziness going on around me i felt that steve and brittany made me their absolute focus. I am so happy with my brand new 2012 chevy cruze. I feel very comfortable with the entire process which everything was handled. Such great people at this dealership! More

Classic bait and switch. We had spent all afternoon negotiating the sale of a new Chevy Volt, finally agreeing to a price. However, once the final contract was shown to me (several hours later), they h negotiating the sale of a new Chevy Volt, finally agreeing to a price. However, once the final contract was shown to me (several hours later), they had tacked on over $1,000 in additional fees that I was not told about. The fees, alone, were not the deal-breaker. Frankly, I would have paid them had they been straight forward with me from the start. Do not tell me one price then right when we are about to go through with the deal, tack on an additional $1,000+ in fees. I stepped outside the dealership for a moment to think about this deceptive behavior, then decided to call Bill Fox Chevrolet in Rochester that had the same exact car (just in a different color). Mike at Bill Fox not only honored the original price I had negotiated at Marty Feldman, but he actually gave me a lower final sales price. When I went back into Marty Feldman, Bob (the salesperson) and several other employees started to raise their voices at me saying I had wasted everyone's time. Well, my time is just as valuable and had they been straight forward with me in negotiating the price, I would have purchased the car right then and there. Don't give me one price then change it at the last minute. Not to mention, you should never lose your temper at a customer. Had Bob been straight forward with the cost/fees, it would have been fine. But he wasn't and tried to hide it at the very end until I read the contract right before signing. Not to mention Bob and the manager had tried to explain to me how those fees were non-waivable fees. Yet when I left the dealership they quickly told me they would cut them in half. I said I wasn't interested. Then when I was on my way to Bill Fox,someone else called me and told me he could waive the fees altogether. After thinking about it, I was just not interested in purchasing a car from a deceptive dealership. Mike at Bill Fox still was lower than Marty Feldman's lowest offer (and he was honest about it). I will never return to this dealership and would never recommend a friend. I'm glad I purchased a new Chevy Volt from Bill Fox, rather than Marty Feldman. More
Basically a bunch of liars. We were told our used vehicle was still under manufacturers warranty before we signed, then afterwards they said it was not. When we took it for a test drive I told them it pulled was still under manufacturers warranty before we signed, then afterwards they said it was not. When we took it for a test drive I told them it pulled a little to the left. Barry said they would put in a new steering gear box and that his mechanic would go over every inch of the car before we took delivery. We took posession of the vehicle and a month later the wheel bearings started making noise. This was the cause of the "pulling to the left" in the first place. When I took it to be repaired by a mechanic I trust, he said he always fixes cars bought from Feldman and the customers are angry at the way they were cheated and lied to. I have put over $1,000 in repairs into this car in less than a year. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS! More
Brittany was very helpful with helping us choose the right car for us. She was friendly and spend the extra time with us, and making sure that it was the right color that my wife wanted. She listened to our needs and on the day of pick up, she had the car ready and spent the time going over the features and benifits of the car. Even though the dealer was very busy, she offered food and a drink for my family during the paperwork process. She was a great sales person and would sent my friends and family to her for future car purchases. Thank you for you're help! More
