HIGHLY DISGUSTED THEY ARE LIARS I traded in an suv for a newer van. I was told they were putting new brakes on it n fixing everything. When i told him the back brakes were squeaking the guy next to him said drive 50miles n it will stop. I knew that was bs. Cause my cousin is a mechanic. I got spewed a bunch of lies wAy over a month ago n still no registration or paperwork on this vehicle!!!! Im losing money. Everytime i call i get someones voicemail n NO CALLBACK!!!! Even if i talk to someome they promise sum will call me back! This makes me sick! I have purchased from FORDS n others n NEVER done like this. IM DISGUSTED BY CHEY...NEVER AGAIN N I WONT REFER ANYONE TO CHEVY!!!!!! More

My SUV was not certified but sales person Richard Cochran helped me a lot and found a right person for my satisfaction to provide me guarantee and trust on Feldman Chevrolet of Novi. Kiya used car manager came to my desk and provide me guarantee before certification process. He signed on 101 inspection point paper as a guarantor and said to me , do not worry . we will give you certified Suv . I was worried because I did not see any certification paper while signing . I think these people are asset for company which gives priority to customer satisfaction first to maintain the trust and good will of company. Both people knows what is customer satisfaction and reliability and trust meaning. They proved it. I am very much thankful to them and appreciate their effort which they did for me. More
Horrible Service Dropped off my vehicle on Monday to have basic fluid service, oil change, brake fluid service, tire rotation and diagnosis of the airflow issue. When Dropped off my vehicle on Monday to have basic fluid service, oil change, brake fluid service, tire rotation and diagnosis of the airflow issue. When I picked up my vehicle on Tuesday, it appears the mechanic FAILED TO FILL MY BRAKE FLUID AND BLEED MY BRAKES. Well, you can imagine my frustration when driving home late at night and find out that my car has no brake fluid. Contact service Saturday morning to resolve the issue and they NEVER called me back. I had to find another dealership to correct the problem. The disturbing part about all of this, is when I have service done at other non-dealership shops, the mechanics whine about how we should use a certified mechanic, but this is what we get. Horrible Service. I will never take my car here again. I hope others are aware of their lack of inspection to ensure a vehicle is ready for the road. More

Told us master cylinder and brake booster did not pass inspection.We have a paper stating that from the manager.Took our car to a master mechanic ,Back brakes needed adjusted that was all.He discouraged us from buying car. The mechanic at the shop also said those things needed done quoted a $600 appoximately to have it done. He also said it is hard to get parts for the car. Another lie, Auto Zone had in stock. Needless to say ,We were told Feldman was a good company. Not from our experience! More
Poor quality and service I scheduled an appointment online a week in advance. I was sure to write in the appointment notes section that there was a piece of trim on the top o I scheduled an appointment online a week in advance. I was sure to write in the appointment notes section that there was a piece of trim on the top of my car in need of repair/replacement. I then received a phone call from a representative to confirm the appointment; I also discussed with her the trim issue. The representative verbally confirmed that she understood, and that the service team would be ready to address the problem at my appointment. Furthermore, she confirmed that they had received my written request. At my appointment, I waited 1.5 hours. The representative then came to get me and informed me that an oil change had been completed but the repair had not been made, as the part had to be ordered. She informed me that the part would be ordered, another appointment scheduled, and that at the future appointment, I should plan to not wait because it would take the whole day. I asked when she thought the part would be in and she said she did not know. The next day, the entire piece of the trim (which extended the full length of my roof) flew off while I was driving . Fortunately for me, there was no accident as a result of this MAJOR and extremely dangerous issue. When the service manager contacted me after this incident, he attempted to be very accommodating to make sure I returned to their business to have the part replaced. I decided not to return after discovering from the manager that the part was in stock and that it is 'normally in stock and must have just been out that day.' I would usually understand this information without frustration, but do not in this case, as I specifically requested it be replaced prior to my appointment. There was absolutely no reason the service team should have been so unprepared and also no reason that they would let me take the car, that I bought brand new from their dealership less than four months prior, out of the lot when it posed a significant danger to myself and others. This experience, combined with the overall experience of purchasing my car which was also incredibly frustrating and disappointing, is why I will never return to Feldman Chevrolet of anywhere, let alone Novi. I have since taken my car elsewhere to be repaired and will continue to do so. I will also discourage my friends, family members, and anyone else asks from doing business with Feldman Chevrolet, as service and quality have been overwhelmingly disappointing in my experience. More

Untruthful I went to look at a 2009 traverse LTZ on Saturday may 13, 2017 I drove 6 hours from IL. We were told on the phone that it drove great and that it was in good condition. When we arrived and test drove it the air conditioning wasn't working and the power steering was messing up. When we went in to talk to the salesman and we told him the ac wasn't working he said yes it was I just drove it we were like nope it was blowing warm air he was like oh okay. And the windows were down when we got in it and the air was off. When we told him about the power steering he was like we will fix the ac and the power steering and deliver it, we were happy with that (under the impression we had 3 days to return if we were unhappy). We were haggling back and forth and they came up with giving it to us cheaper and just taking the car and getting fixed on our own. Well these issues could have been several hundred to a few thousand. Then we find out that if we have them fix it and we take it we can't bring it back because they won't guarantee the work. And then come to find out the GM of sales actually knew the ac was not working and no one told us knowing we were driving 6 hours. What really pisses me off is that they said oh we will fix it we don't want you to drive that far without being safe but then they turn around and we're going to let us take the vehicle knowing it was unsafe. I'm very disappointed. I work in sales and I told them sometimes you mess up but you have to eat your xxxx. You don't tell the truth you have to eat it and make it right. We will never buy from them or recommend them to anyone. More
