Not family friendly This dealership appears to employ unprofessional staff that is improperly supervised. There is a lot of inappropriate/juvenile talk that takes place w This dealership appears to employ unprofessional staff that is improperly supervised. There is a lot of inappropriate/juvenile talk that takes place within earshot of customers. The sales and administrative staff seemed to group up and whisper/giggle/flirt with eachother constantly... even as customers are walking/waiting around. They have the TMZ channel on in the waiting area with the volume up, which at the time was talking about sexual/inappropriate subject matter. Nobody working there seemed to realize this. Wife and I purchased a vehicle and had to make several trips to the dealership. We took our daughter along the first time but NOT any subsequent times. They were not unfriendly but seemed naive to what makes a professional environment. That or they have ineffective supervisors. Otherwise, they are an average dealership. More
Overly Grateful I was discourage when I came due to the fact I went somewhere else and they didn't try to match the price I saw on line that your inventory had. I didn't get a call back from that dealership when he said he will ask his sales manager. So me being discouraged I was expecting the same scenario. But Thomas Beemer was the first person I saw as I was walking to the door and he greeted me with the most pleasant smile and attitude. He asked me if I had a salesperson and I said no, but I told him I talked to a customer rep and she said ask for Saun the Sales manager. My experience was not what i expected. I was showed love, I mean unconditional love. I told them what my credit union offered me in terms of being financed and they help me find a creditor that has beat the my credit union. They went out their way for me and I am very touched. I always have had used cars but never a brand new one. Thank you for being in business and the staff you have that helped me along the way. I'll be back................ More

HIGHLY DISGUSTED THEY ARE LIARS I traded in an suv for a newer van. I was told they were putting new brakes on it n fixing everything. When i told him the back brakes were squeaking the guy next to him said drive 50miles n it will stop. I knew that was bs. Cause my cousin is a mechanic. I got spewed a bunch of lies wAy over a month ago n still no registration or paperwork on this vehicle!!!! Im losing money. Everytime i call i get someones voicemail n NO CALLBACK!!!! Even if i talk to someome they promise sum will call me back! This makes me sick! I have purchased from FORDS n others n NEVER done like this. IM DISGUSTED BY CHEY...NEVER AGAIN N I WONT REFER ANYONE TO CHEVY!!!!!! More

Kiya used car manager came to my desk and provide me guarantee before certification process. He signed on 101 inspection point paper as a guarantor and said to me , do not worry . we will give you certified Suv . I was worried because I did not see any certification paper while signing . I think these people are asset for company which gives priority to customer satisfaction first to maintain the trust and good will of company. Both people knows what is customer satisfaction and reliability and trust meaning. They proved it. I am very much thankful to them and appreciate their effort which they did for me. More
Horrible Service Dropped off my vehicle on Monday to have basic fluid service, oil change, brake fluid service, tire rotation and diagnosis of the airflow issue. When Dropped off my vehicle on Monday to have basic fluid service, oil change, brake fluid service, tire rotation and diagnosis of the airflow issue. When I picked up my vehicle on Tuesday, it appears the mechanic FAILED TO FILL MY BRAKE FLUID AND BLEED MY BRAKES. Well, you can imagine my frustration when driving home late at night and find out that my car has no brake fluid. Contact service Saturday morning to resolve the issue and they NEVER called me back. I had to find another dealership to correct the problem. The disturbing part about all of this, is when I have service done at other non-dealership shops, the mechanics whine about how we should use a certified mechanic, but this is what we get. Horrible Service. I will never take my car here again. I hope others are aware of their lack of inspection to ensure a vehicle is ready for the road. More
