Looking for a newer car I was looking for a newer car for a while. When I went to the dealer I was approached by Howard Wicking. He helped me for three days to look for the c I was looking for a newer car for a while. When I went to the dealer I was approached by Howard Wicking. He helped me for three days to look for the car i wanted and we found it. He was ever so patient with me and all my demands that I wanted in this car. I would highly suggest using him to help you get into the car of your dreams. Or in my case the car of my dreams. I will from here on out refer any and every body I know looking for a new/used vehicle to go see Howard. Thank you for making my experience as awesome as it was!!! More
Stay away from this dealership, PLEASE READ BELOW!!!!!!!! The mechanics failed to diagnose the issue with my Chevy Cruze the first time I brought the Cruze in for a coolant leak and idling rough when the car The mechanics failed to diagnose the issue with my Chevy Cruze the first time I brought the Cruze in for a coolant leak and idling rough when the car was stopped in traffic( which, incidentally wasn't under warranty, the car had 48 thousand plus miles on it, bumper to bumper covers 36,000 miles) but, the second time I brought the Cruze in for repair, two days later, same problem, coolant leak, idling rough - they diagnose the problem correctly - a blown HEAD GASKET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fortunately, that was covered under the 5 year warranty plan, which leads me to the $95 diagnostic fee on top of the actual repair cost of $252, Never received a refund for the faulty work.... More

New truck covered in scratches I bought a 2018 2500 Silverado after I pick it up late Friday night I get it back home and I am looking at it in my garage and is covered in scratche I bought a 2018 2500 Silverado after I pick it up late Friday night I get it back home and I am looking at it in my garage and is covered in scratches all over I called the dealership again on Monday morning and they said it’s something that I did to the vehicle. remind you I only drove the truck 50 miles they said bring it back and we will look at it we’re not guaranteeing that we can do anything about it since you all ready took delivery of the vehicle, thanks I’m glad I spent $55,000 on the truck to have a covered in scratches now its costing me another $800 at the body shop to have the truck buffed out. I also called wanting a truck that they had online talk to a lady from the dealership three times guaranteed me that the truck would be there when I got there and come to find out the truck was not in Novi it was in Lansing so I opted to buy a different truck if they already had on the lot More

When the salesman states over an email "The best deals are only when you come into the showroom" - RUN. As a GM family member discount, there should be no "better deal" if I come into the showroom. This is a standard sales tactic to try and pressure you into a sale. There are other dealerships in town that are better. More
