Not Impressed Dan gave me incorrect information about the features of my new leased vehicle. He seemed very much in a hurry to wrap up the deal, even indicating th Dan gave me incorrect information about the features of my new leased vehicle. He seemed very much in a hurry to wrap up the deal, even indicating that I didn't really need to see or test drive the new vehicle since it was basically the same as my previous vehicle, with the exception of a couple of new features the 2018 model would have. When I left the dealership I found that the vehicle did not have the features we spoke of. I emailed Dan's assistant (since Dan did not provide me with his card or contact information) who explained how I could activate the feature. I emailed her back explaining I did not have the button needed to activate the feature and asking if I was given the wrong vehicle. The following morning I received a brusque phone call from Dan wanting to know what the issue was. I explained and he told me that the vehicle I had does not have this feature. He seemed irritated and defensive, and told me I must have misunderstood since he has been doing this a long time and knows his vehicles. I explained that I didn't misunderstand anything and that I believed he had mistakenly given me incorrect information as he seemed in a hurry to close the deal. He asked what he could do correct this, although his tone sounded very much annoyed, rather than genuine about correcting his mistake. The call ended with him stating that he would have his manager call me. I have still not received a call from his manager. His assistant, Stephenie, was very sweet and friendly, and did her best to help me enroll in the Chevy rewards program so that I could receive a free oil change. There was a problem with the website, which she graciously spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out. During this time Dan walked by and asked what she was doing. She explained, and he told her to stop worrying about that, which gave the impression that now that the deal was complete, it was not important to spend time on this task. I left the dealership without being able to enroll. As I was leaving the dealership I was begged for a 10 star review on their survey, which I found off putting. I do understand the importance of them receiving the 10 star review and the way it impacts the dealership. However I feel that if they would like a 10 star review they should do their best to provide 10 star service to all customers, not just those spending larger amounts of money. I realize I was purchasing a relatively inexpensive vehicle (Malibu), and as such, Dan may not want to give as much time/effort with me as perhaps someone spending more money. But I think a good sales person has enough tact to not let their customer feel that vibe. My family and I have been purchasing and leasing vehicles from this dealership for about 20 years now, and it is a shame that this is the most recent experience I had. I will be going elsewhere for my next vehicle when this lease is up. More
93% to the good The purchase experience was excellent with the exception of new car prep. Leaving the bed full of leaves and debris was totally unprofessional and inconsiderate. Dan was able to get the mess taken care of and I only had to spend a extra 15 minutes waiting for the truck to be cleaned out. Dan and Stephanie were excellent to deal with. More

On line purchase I purchased a 2016 Volkswagen from this dealership. Once they received my money they dropped me like a hot potatoe. It took them approximately 1 month I purchased a 2016 Volkswagen from this dealership. Once they received my money they dropped me like a hot potatoe. It took them approximately 1 month to ship the car. I would call the used car manager and If I could get him he always said I will get back to you. Getting back to me ,wrong. I tried to call store manager. I left voice mail for him more than once and again he also would not return my call. When I purchased the car I had to pay for the delivery freight as part of the deal. When the car finally arrived they would not tell me where the car was since the dealership did not pay for shipping. Finally I had to again pay for the shipping. After haggling with the dealership they finally sent me a check. However the check was $100.00 less than the amount that I had to pay the freight company. It took me several phone calls to get my $100.00 which finally came approximately 6 weeks later. I would strongly suggest NOT TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM ONLINE. If you do get ready for a lengthy ordeal that will sour you forever. More
I would avoid Marty Feldman Novi I would avoid the place. Looks like a legitimate car dealer from t6he outside. But under the disguise of a reputable looking car dealer was Absolutely I would avoid the place. Looks like a legitimate car dealer from t6he outside. But under the disguise of a reputable looking car dealer was Absolutely THE Worst Ever (used) Car Buying Experience I Ever Had!!! Went there with a friend of mine that never bought a car before. I am shocked at HOW UTTERLY LOW the Level of Honesty was, and how Shady Way they are: Test Drove The Car Then The Red Flags!! Drove a car and asked about financing, so the salesman took a credit application to the finance department. Upon the salesman's return with the financing details he was "excited" for us that she was approved for an 8.5% interest loan. (8.5% is very high, but my friend didn't have the greatest credit) The problem was when we actually did the math the rate he gave us was more like 13.5%. That did not make sense to me at all. 2.) After questioning the salesman about the obvious difference in the 8.5% rate he gave us and the 13.5% rate on the statement his reply was THE telltale sign that something shady was up. He said "Oh, I didn't run her credit" mmm...So, he didn't run her credit? So she filled out the credit application, and he walked over to the finance department, and came back with the paper we reviewed? That's not how it is supposed to work. He should have gone to the finance department, ran her application and given us her "REAL INTEREST RATE". Also worth mentioning after the attempt to sell us the car at the highest possible rate (we were slightly upset at that point), and they knew they were caught (both the salesman and the finance guy) they asked (told) us to leave, trying to make it seem that we did something wrong. Wasted 2 hours there! I would not patronize that business again. More

Similar story to the most recent - bait and switch tactics A similar experience to those cited below. They had a great lease price advertised, but of course when you go in they are out of 2018's. This happen A similar experience to those cited below. They had a great lease price advertised, but of course when you go in they are out of 2018's. This happened to me two years ago here to where I had to price out a vehicle at a GM dealer and show them how off their pricing was. That time I haggled them down to a notably lower price, and should not have given my business, but I like the vehicle. This time when they said they were out of 2018's, I knew it was the same old strategy. Priced out a 2019, and after saying it wouldn't be much more, it ended up being 3x the price. Ugh, some things never change. They must figure you might as well try it, someone may fall for this unscrupulous practices. The one positive was the salesman. He was a nice young kid that had only been there awhile and now has to be told my his 'management team to throw out these ridiculously high prices in hopes to fleece their customers. I would consider buying from him based on his genuine candor and positive personality if only he wasn't being given ridiculous pricing numbers to try and peddle from his manager. More
Inaccurate pricing Advertisement do NOT display honest pricing. Chatted with 2 associates, spoke on the phone with 2 associates, and e-mailed with an associate. All co Advertisement do NOT display honest pricing. Chatted with 2 associates, spoke on the phone with 2 associates, and e-mailed with an associate. All confirmed the price, with incentives that I was elgible for, for the specific vehicle, confirmed by vehicle number and stock number. When I asked for the final "out the door" price to include dealer prep, license, etc., I was told I would receive a call back. When I was called, I was told the monthly payment. I noticed that the monthly payment was significantly higher than quoted and questioned the figure. That is when I was informed that the price that had been confirmed was wrong and they wouldn't honor or work to negotiate. The new price was over $5,000 higher. I was told, "Well that MSRP is $37,000. We can't let it go for that price." which was advertised and confirmed by previous associates. I should have been informed of the error. I should NOT have been told what my monthly payment would be without an explanation that the advertisement was wrong. They are trying to TRICK the consumer. I will NEVER trust the Feldman group! The Feldman group should be held accountable. It was not just an error on the listing in the advertisement. Stay away! More
