For about a week, my husband spoke back and forth to Ameila about wanting a cheap lease for our 17 year old son. We made a 7 p.m. appointment with Ameila and when we got there Alex was our salesman. First bad vibe. Alex knew what we wanted, but was evasive about prices. Second bad vibe. Our bottom line was price. We test drove a Colorado and a Trax (sales ad said started at $92 and $89 respectively.) When we sat down to talk about prices he said that a Trax leases for around $300/month. Third bad vibe. In order to lease a Trax for $89/month you need to put approximately $5000 down. We've gotten prices from other dealers that were around $130-$150/month for the same car with just first month's payment and plate fees. Transparency may have prevented this horrible experience. Don't waste your time and do your business here. More

I decided to see what was available and went to the dealership on Dec 8th 2018. I had come prepared with cars I wanted to check out and I also wanted pricing on the 2016 Equinox I was currently leasing. Trevor Accorsi was who available to show me some cars. During most of his time with me he seemed distracted, maybe because the dealership was busy. The price I got from Trevor on the 2016 Equinox was a lie when I spoke with him about this I did give him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he was thinking of another car. I ended up leasing a 2019 Equinox on that day not really happy but glad to be done for a few more years. Then this July I received a bill from GM financial which they wanted pay in 2 weeks. This happened because Trevor didn't file the paperwork, and to this day (8-16-2019) I'm still trying to fix this. Also Trevor told me the lease was the same as my old one 10,000 miles a year. Guess what another lie, with looking through the paperwork the mileage is less. I had no reason to mistrust this dealership as my past lease had worked out fine. I'm very disappointed in this company and very much wish I had never done this lease. Beware. Danny Oda, has been very helpful in trying to fix this mess, and I thank him. More
