A pleasurable experience! I called regarding a specific vehicle and and set an appointment with Theon Delgado a sales representative with Feldman KIA. When I arrived I was prom I called regarding a specific vehicle and and set an appointment with Theon Delgado a sales representative with Feldman KIA. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and introduced to Theon. After talking for a little while the vehicle I was interested in was waiting in front for the test drive. He took his time thoroughly going over all the features without rushing, and listened to all of my concerns. Once back at the dealership we went over pricing and I was offered a few different options that would best suit my needs. Theon worked hard to get me a fantastic deal and one that I was extremely comfortable with. When I arrived to pick up the car, he had it ready detailed and filled with gas. From the beginning to the end of the transaction everyone involved was extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend both Theon Delgado and Feldman KIA. More

After withholding information to an uninformed customer, they rushed to get me into a deal, could not read my hesitation and pushed a deal through. then 24 hours later when I was hit with bad news that my son needed $18,000 worth of neurological intervention that was not covered by insurance, they wouldn't work with me to do a new deal even though I had not even test driven the vehicle since it "wasn't available” the 36 hours earlier I'm responsible for my actions, but there are times is life when we do things for just the right reason and bend over backwards when the time is right. They didn't try to help at all, they were just so happy to move another vehicle off their lot and honestly, if you look at other dealers those other places have decidedly better deals. I thought i was under the gun due to my lease running out just a few hours before i worked with Feldman. They use cheap popcorn and gimmicks to attract people when other dealers use friendly environments and a fair way to get new customers to each salesperson instead of having them move quickly towards you as you enter their space. The manager was so flippant and standoffish, he was basically saying screw you, you signed the deal, i don't care about you as a person, that only counts BEFORE you sign and even that is fake. Bait and Switch never works am quite disturbed by the service my wife received today at your institution. After excitedly calling me to say that had the vehicle she wanted in st am quite disturbed by the service my wife received today at your institution. After excitedly calling me to say that had the vehicle she wanted in stock and the new lease was about the same as the one we were trading in she kept checking for red flags. What mileage was allowed, what trim package (not what she really wanted, but she could make do for an upgrade in size) where the car was located. Everything seemed to line up and she took an evening from home to go look and get her new car. Soon after getting there, the down payment quickly ballooned from hundreds of dollars to $4,500 in a matter of moments. No other details had changed- credit well above average- GM employee number- tradeni lease- everything that jade been confirmed was all the sudden not getting to the prices quoted over the phone, email, and text. I got the line "you have to come in to get the best discounts" from the salesperson. This is a major red flag so I asked to talk to the sales manager. Was connected to "Don". He stated he could only give me a "general" price unless I came in. This is a complete scam. We live in an age where people don't have time to come in and be pressured in the dealership. This is why brokers are becoming popular. I would definitely stay away from this dealership. If they can't give you their best price over the phone why waste your time. PS - when I asked Don to transfer me to the general manager of the store, he hung up on me. Again, just shows you the people you are dealing with. More
