Very unhappy experience I am very upset with Feldman Chevrolet. Last week I spotted online a vehicle that my wife and I were searching for from Feldman. I immediately called I am very upset with Feldman Chevrolet. Last week I spotted online a vehicle that my wife and I were searching for from Feldman. I immediately called and asked if the vehicle was still for sale because we were interested in buying it and we had the cash to put down on the car. The lady on the phone said they do and they would pull the car up front for us. I advised the lady that we lived 2 hours away from the dealer and she said there was no issue that she would hold the vehicle for us. Upon arrival to the dealership I observed another couple pull up in the vehicle we were suppose to be buying. We entered the lobby and it took us 5 minutes before anyone would even see what we were there for. Come to find out the couple walked in shortly before our arrival and wanted to see the vehicle. The salesman that was trying to help us out was saying it didnt sound like they were gonna be approved for the vehicle. We waited for over 2 hours to only find out the other couple was making calls to try and come up with a deposit. I spoke with the manager Tim who stated there was nothing he could do even though I showed him texts from his dealership that showed we had an appointment to buy it. The least they could have done was pay for my wasted gas I spent to drive over 4 hours round trip. Needless to say I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership and I would highly advise anyone to stay away from looking at cars online from this dealership. More

My wife LOVES her new Traverse!!! Walked into Feldman Chevrolet on Sat to price a new vehicle for my wife. We left 2 hours later after ordering a brand new Chevy Traverse. My wife wanted custom options and a specific paint color that the dealer didn't have in stock. Dan Provenzola took excellent care of us and has since built a relationship with us that will keep us coming back. The vehicle arrived ahead of schedule, we picked it and she just loves it!!! The new features that Chevy included from the previous model are incredible. The heated and cooled leather seats keep my comfortable in any season. Feldman called to ensure we were satisfied, follows up on any requests you have and is all about going the extra mile. Love to popcorn and bottled water provided also!!! Don't hesitate to check them out. Bigger isn't always better but when it comes to personal touches, Feldman completely satisfied us. More
