The comment from 12/08/19 explains the whole situation that also happened to me when I went to the dealership and told them about the prices I was given on the phone the look on their faces said it all, and the person I sat down with even said the full prices have to be told to the customers on the phone (especially after mentioning the kind of budget customer has as far as down payment and monthly payment) and not tricked into thinking some other numbers. the sales managers that answer the calls are nothing but scammers and they make everything seem amazing until you get there and they tell you it’s all xxxxxxxx. I told the sales manager (Angela) what my budget was and what I was looking for and her comment was that she pays $175 for her cell phone bill so paying $143 for a car is such good deal with $995 down plus 6% tax “which is only little” (Angela’s own words) but guess what the down payment was over $3000 and the price still wasn’t $143 and everything was calculated before collecting our info so they’re just trying to get you to go there and waste your time. I drove an hour each way to hear this xxxxxxxx and did NOT get a single apology for the xxxxty service but I tell you what the person that I sat with made it very clear that this happens with every customer that walks from that door and even said the sales managers need to stop doing that and stop saying those false numbers. When I tried to call Angela to talk to her she hung up every time I was connected to her before even speaking to me because she knows what she did and probably gets calls from frustrated customers all the time but guess what they’re only behind the stage so they don’t ever have to show their faces to the customers. I tried calling back again to talk to someone above Angela and I was told by the operator that no one is above her!!! what a “great” service and team 😂😂😂 More

I was given a price over the phone and asked the person on the phone numerous times if this is the price of this vehicle and I was told yes. I also asked her to make sure that this was the price before I wasted my time driving an hour each way to visit this dealership. When I spoke with the salesman he said he could honor that price and made an offer. The salesman then sent over the general manager or sales manager who basically looked at me looked at the deal and laughed and said I cannot give you this vehicle for this price. When I explain to him that I made it clear over the phone that this is the price I was coming to his dealership for he basically said I could give you an equinox for this price but not this pick up truck. So I said to him why did You even waste my time, his reply was you should’ve read everything on the Internet prior to coming here and I tried to explain to him that I went over everything with his sales person on the phone. At this point he did not want to even listen to me and I had to ask him to listen to my words because I was not satisfied. At that time he basically got up and walked away along with the salesman and I walked out the door never to return to this dealership ever. do yourself a favor and find a different dealership! More
