Excess of dishonesty Attempted to buy-out my lease with a loan from my own bank. Salesperson Danny then tried selling the loan to me at $150 more per month than what the l Attempted to buy-out my lease with a loan from my own bank. Salesperson Danny then tried selling the loan to me at $150 more per month than what the loan actually was and what the bank had approved. Danny additionally talked in circles, never gave clear answers or numbers to back up the claims he made, and interrupted me at every turn. After we said we were walking without signing. anything, Manager Ryan was brought out to bully us into signing a lease all while talking over my fiancee every time she tried to say anything or ask a question. I returned a week and a half later to turn the lease in and worked with Tom who was incredibly kind and helpful however the previous experience left me feeling violated, taken advantage of, and distrustful of Feldman. Will never do business with this group again. More

Worst customer experience ever Just had one of the worst customer experiences last night of my life at Feldman Chevrolet of Novi . Brandon leased a car there in November and it turn Just had one of the worst customer experiences last night of my life at Feldman Chevrolet of Novi . Brandon leased a car there in November and it turns out they gave us the wrong car…vin # of the car they gave us did not match the vin # of the car we insured and registered. So they asked us to bring it back in. Totally seemed like a scam to me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were too busy to talk to me. Apparently they failed an audit by General Motors and realized they gave us the wrong car. All was good until the manager, Ryan Palter, walked out like a bull dog and approached me with a very confrontational attitude. He was so rude. He threatened to call the police on me. I couldn’t believe it. Unbelievable. I finally gave them the keys just to get out. On the way out, I said, “Everyone be careful buying a car here.” He told me to get out again and then general sales manager Matt Sayyae ran over with his hands in the air yelling, “Get out now or we’re calling the police.” Honestly, I was blown away. Then Matt Sayyae looked at me and Brandon and said, get this…”Brandon, you must be ashamed to call him Dad.” This is the 2nd time Matt was rude to me. I am ranting for the first time in a long time, but if you know Jay Feldman the owner of this dealership, please get me in contact with him. These guys should be fired or take some anger Mgt classes for sure. Again, Worst Customer Experience Ever. More
