One of the worst experiences I have EVER had at a car dealership! Went in to purchase a new 2021 Chevy Trailblazer after already checking out the car at other dealerships. Our salesman Jacob, first said dealership! Went in to purchase a new 2021 Chevy Trailblazer after already checking out the car at other dealerships. Our salesman Jacob, first said that they only had one trailblazer to test drive, and it was not what I wanted, since I already knew what I wanted! Jacob, then said that he could get the car that I wanted from another dealership and it would be delivered 2 weeks later, which I was happy with. I was able to get a good deal and was satisfied and looking forward to my new car and completed all my paperwork so I could just drive away when the car came... or so I thought. I got a call a week and a half later saying my car had been delivered and to come to the dealership. When I arrived, I was told that they sold the car that I already purchased to someone else and they did not have a car for me!!! They were quickly able to find the same car at another dealership and had it the next day at Feldman. The problem is that all the paperwork that I already did and was submitted was with the old car's information. My insurance, registration, and GM financial information was ALL WRONG because of Feldman's mistakes and it has been over a month of trying to fix all of the issues that the dealership has caused! So disappointed in the service and the runaround that I have had to deal with because of a mistake on the dealership. Overall I am happy with my car, just not my experience!!!!! More
Great and fast service! I have now went to get 2 cars from them and each time I had a great experience. The only reason I gave them a 2 star rating is that a few years ago I needed service work done on my vehicle, and the service department was excellent. New car sales...awful!! I called to schedule a test drive of a vehicle and told them the options I was looking for. Drove the vehicle, liked it and was also interested in seeing it in a different color. The salesman told me it was not available with my options in this color. I did decide to make a purchase and when I returned , I felt like he rushed me to sign and pass me off to the finance manager. At this point, I still did not know what the vehicle was equipped with. I didn't get that info until after I finished with the finance manager. My salesman never offered to go over the vehicle details or how to use them. He passed me off to his assistant to pair my phone, and that was it. I began to wonder if his disinterest in helping me was due to the fact that I am a senior citizen (female) and did not bring a male with me for the purchase. My last two vehicles were leases, so you sign, drive and know exactly what you are getting. Prior to those leases, my husband was with me for car purchases. Incidentally one of the safety features I thought was included, was not. I had a temporary tag, which expired on 9/15, so I called him that day to see if my plates were in. His first words to me were, "Thank you for the survey", and I responded, "you are welcome". He then rudely said, "that was sarcasm. I got a zero from your survey". I expressed that I was unable to give him all tens since my experience with him did not warrant it. He then said, "Well you should have then not completed the survey", put me on hold, came back to say the plates were not in and hung up. I did realize after the fact that one of the safety features I requested was not on this vehicle. On 9/22 I still had not heard about my plates, and called to check. Salesman put me on hold for 19 minutes, came back and said plates not in. I asked for a new temporary, and was told to come to service desk and it would be there. When I got there, he handed me the temporary tag without offering to put it on. When I got home and realized this temporary plate was date-stamped received 9/11 Feldman Chevrolet, so it was obvious the plate was already there on 9/15. By now, I felt it necessary to reach out to someone above him to discuss his lack of respect to me a customer. I called Feldman on 9/23 and was given the Sales Manager, Ryan Palter's voicemail. I explained the reason for the call. I did not hear back, so I left him a 2nd voicemail on 9/24, and once again did not get a response. So on 9/26, I called this time to speak with the General Manager, George Hawes, and was given his voicemail. Today, is 10/03, and once again I have received no response from this dealership. I know this is a lengthy review, but feel it is unacceptable to be disregarded this way, and I hope this will help others avoid purchasing from a dealership that appears to have no integrity after the sale. I called the sales dept. about a vehicle-Trailblazer 4x4, they posted on Facebook Marketplace (5) days ago, showing picture of a white one when the post stated Red. Called back about 3 hours later and asked for a manager, got another salesperson.Sent a email to them asking for correct info. Got a email reply from a internet manager saying someone will be in touch. Got a call from Amelia Potter saying-we just got it so there's no pictures yet. WHAT ?? you had it for 5 days and no pictures, again, wrong info. She sent me three pictures with one showing (NO) 4x4!! I called her back and left a message on her voice mail to call me-2 days and still no reply. I guess they don't want to sell it !! (ALSO) So when they post something and it turns out to be false, isn't that false advertising ?? Thanks, Rick, from Grand Ledge More
Hi my name is Raymond Russell and I purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado RTS from Dan Provenzola employee of Feldman Chevrolet member of the Mark Wahlberg group of dealerships on June 5th 2020. I wasn’t able to take the survey so here is why I am emailing you. After this I will post my review on Google and Yelp. I am in the Customer service business too and understand not all transactions with clients can go perfectly however this experience goes beyond. Here is the timeline; The deal was signed June 5th. I was told it may take a bit to deliver the truck to me. Now the problem here is that I was told 3 or 4 times “the vehicle will be leaving”, “the vehicle will be leaving”. Well the truck arrived June 26th. When it arrived I went over the truck and found damage probably due to the fact the truck was a demo which I agreed to lease however I would expect someone would have gone over the vehicle before delivering to try and take care of a scratch on the bedside, scratch on the front bumper and scratch in a few areas of the interior. That wasn’t the big problem. The big problem was the truck arrived with no floor mats, no running boards and a TPMS failure. The TPMS failure is due to the fact the wheels were changed from 18” to 22”. I am still not convinced on whether or not the tire pressure monitoring system needs relearned or maybe the sensor were not even installed in the new wheels. Either way I have been left to figure this out. After discovering these issues I immediately alerted Dan and he apologized and said he would take care of it. But much like the delayed arrival of the truck I was given excuse, after excuse, after excuse as to when the floor mats and running boards would be delivered. Finally they arrived August 5th. The running boards arrived damaged of course just like the truck. I have all the pictures to prove this if you would like. In addition to these aforementioned problems I was left to install the running boards my self with no offer from Dan or Feldman Chevrolet member of the Mark Wahlberg group of dealerships. And to continue with the lack of customer service I requested three times to receive a phone call from the General Manager of Feldman Chevrolet member of the Mark Wahlberg group of dealerships but that person never contacted me. So to close on this review I just want to give Dan and everyone else at Feldman Chevrolet member of the Mark Wahlberg group of dealerships “under promise and over deliver” is a cliché but should be considered an oath of anyone serving in the customer service industry. Feldman Chevrolet made my car shopping experience flawless. From the time I was greeted on the lot, to getting me the keys for the test drive and the finance options even though I paid cash. Painless flawless. From the time I was greeted on the lot, to getting me the keys for the test drive and the finance options even though I paid cash. Painless and professional and I highly recommend. Maybe 3 hours from start to finish and that’s with me going to my own bank for payment. My 2020 Chevy Trax was delivered to my home with no issues. Before I left the dealership I was given a tutorial on how to operate my new vehicle. Best car buying experience ever! More
Pressure. While I appreciate the help and the deal Danny got me he was very intense with the pressure to get me to buy immediately. I didn't fuss about it but it left me thinking I probably won't return to feldman for my next used car. I like to be able to think about my car choices and while I feel I chose the right car the experience felt pressured. It was my first car of a big dealer lot and I will go back to craigslist or mechanic lots in the future. More
I would never recommend buying a from Novi Feldman to anyone! I was put with a young man by the name of Tristan Hurwitz, was mean, cockey, and full of himself! I ended buying my car from Highland Chevrolet in Hartland! Don’t buy a car from Novi Chevrolet! Worst experience and treated like crap!!!! More
