My service experience was excellant, but the Service Write Up employee seemed to dump on GM for requiring the software update I came in to have installed. I recently went to Feldman Chevrolet for an oil change on my '18 Silverado Diesel. I scheduled all in advance and was told 1hr for the service. Upon arrival the same advisor immediately let me know that it w my '18 Silverado Diesel. I scheduled all in advance and was told 1hr for the service. Upon arrival the same advisor immediately let me know that it would take 1hr 20min which was acceptable. Long story short, the service took just over 2hr 10min. I did not complain but did inquire once what the status was. Once the vehicle was finally ready the Service Manager delivered the paperwork and my keys and let me know that he was sorry about the extended delay and that entire cost was on Feldman. To be clear I did not ask for this, they recognized the issue and made there attempt to resolve it. This is what I believe to be Great Customer service, not perfect and not bad. They knew what was right, knew it wasn't done right and made an effort. Thanks Feldman Chevrolet for doing what is right! I will be back again, hopefully for a shorter period of time! More
