It was a long difficult repair because they had to drop th My 2012 Volt displayed a charging system error code so I took it to Feldman's for service. It was a long difficult repair because they had to drop the batteries to do it. On day 4 We were offered a loaner which was nice while they were waiting to hear back from the GM help desk. After 8 days the repair was complete and Anthony vacuumed my car (the Volt cannot go through their car wash) which was also nice. He also updated us regularly on the progress of the repair. Overall I was satisfied with our visit getting the repair done right is the most important part. :)Becky King More

Inexperienced technician and miss lead. Brought my van in for an oil change and warranty repair. I was mislead on what type of oil was going to be used and the service personal seemed not t Brought my van in for an oil change and warranty repair. I was mislead on what type of oil was going to be used and the service personal seemed not to know what kind of oil the service personnel was going to but in. Warranty repair for nonfunctioning 12Vdc receptacle. The technician came out and inquired about the problem I was having with the receptacle. I explained the receptacle didn't work and I found a blown fuse. I replaced the fuse and the receptacle still didn't work. The technician left and a little while later the tech came back and said he couldn't find anything wrong. I was bewildered, because I know it didn't work and said ok thanks. When I got home and tested the jack it still didn't work. Instead of wasting more time going back to the dealer I was going to fix the jack myself. I pulled off the plug on the back of the DC jack and found the jack was miss wired from the factory. I corrected the problem and now the DC jack works. Very disappointed with competence of the technician. Maybe he was new... More
Service department - Not Good I will not be going back. Request was to do a check of the car and let me know what was wrong, well the Service Air Bag light that was on and it was I will not be going back. Request was to do a check of the car and let me know what was wrong, well the Service Air Bag light that was on and it was still on when I picked the car up. they let me leave with a safety issues like that? they did replace a battery for $228 according to bill $79.95 parts so that means $148 for labor?? To replace a battery?? they also charged me $45 to tell ma a sensor was bad. Well the information center on my dashboard told me the same thing. This place just does not do the job! More

After making my appointment a week ahead of time I arrive 5 min before my scheduled appointment for an oil change at 7:45. I told the salesman I had an appointment in Detroit at 10 and needed the car back by 9:15. I'm still in the waiting room and it's after 9:30. Your service tech was very accommodating but almost 2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. I won't be back!! More

I took my truck here to get accident damage taken care of. They fixed the original dent but damaged another part of my vehicle. When I confronted them they passed me to a manager that was no help and told of. They fixed the original dent but damaged another part of my vehicle. When I confronted them they passed me to a manager that was no help and told me I was attempting to con him. I was horribly treated and it took well over a week to even get a call back about anything. I would not go to this half rate shop. There are plenty of other qualified shops in the area. More
