Engine warranty work 2015 LTZ Impala I had a noise coming from my engine and had the car towed to the dealer. They did a.diagnostic test and called me with the results. Oil change and tire rotation I went in for my first simple oil change on my brand new car and atire rotation. When I got home I realized there was a giant grease stain on my seat. We finally had it after they forgot to leave our keys in the vehicle after an oil change so we could pick it up. Drove there, no keys-more wasted time. We have had enough bad experiences that we have to go somewhere else. The people are great and very friendly but the attention to detail is about as bad as it gets. Vehicle is a lease and the rules of leasing is to keep the customer in a similar if not same vehicle as is leased. Was told NO on a vehicle and would not be finished for at least eight weeks. Had it taken to a different dealership and was given a vehicle same day and the repairs are nearly complete in two weeks. This place is THE WORST and sadly, I've used them in the past but will never go there again. More
