I called to make sure a replacement mirror for my car was in stock before making a service appointment, which they said it was. I then arrived for my appointment later in the week at 8:30 and left the car. in stock before making a service appointment, which they said it was. I took a day off work to bring the car in and never did get the repair done. Terrible experience that could have been prevented. Very disappointed in the service and parts department. More
