Oil change and tire rotation I went in for my first simple oil change on my brand new car and atire rotation. When I got home I realized there was a giant grease stain on my seat. I went in for my first simple oil change on my brand new car and atire rotation. When I got home I realized there was a giant grease stain on my seat. My hubcap also has a scratch along it.. I took the car back and they cleaned the grease spot off. Weeks later I still have not received a phone call back from the manager matt after I sent him pics of the damage on my car. More

great people-bad service We have been servicing both our vehicles for the past year. Never have we left there without at least one thing being wrong. We finally had it after they forgot to leave our keys in the vehicle after an oil change so we could pick it up. Drove there, no keys-more wasted time. We have had enough bad experiences that we have to go somewhere else. The people are great and very friendly but the attention to detail is about as bad as it gets. Simple things that they just can't seem to get right. More

Worst Customer Service Ever Could not care less about customer satisfaction. Refused to provide me with another vehicle while mine was going to be repaired by them due to an acci Could not care less about customer satisfaction. Refused to provide me with another vehicle while mine was going to be repaired by them due to an accident. My choice of dealerships where to have towed for repairs. Vehicle is a lease and the rules of leasing is to keep the customer in a similar if not same vehicle as is leased. Was told NO on a vehicle and would not be finished for at least eight weeks. Had it taken to a different dealership and was given a vehicle same day and the repairs are nearly complete in two weeks. This place is THE WORST and sadly, I've used them in the past but will never go there again. More

Service my 2012 Volt My 2012 Volt displayed a charging system error code so I took it to Feldman's for service. It was a long difficult repair because they had to drop th My 2012 Volt displayed a charging system error code so I took it to Feldman's for service. It was a long difficult repair because they had to drop the batteries to do it. On day 4 We were offered a loaner which was nice while they were waiting to hear back from the GM help desk. After 8 days the repair was complete and Anthony vacuumed my car (the Volt cannot go through their car wash) which was also nice. He also updated us regularly on the progress of the repair. Overall I was satisfied with our visit getting the repair done right is the most important part. :)Becky King More

Inexperienced technician and miss lead. Brought my van in for an oil change and warranty repair. I was mislead on what type of oil was going to be used and the service personal seemed not t Brought my van in for an oil change and warranty repair. I was mislead on what type of oil was going to be used and the service personal seemed not to know what kind of oil the service personnel was going to but in. Warranty repair for nonfunctioning 12Vdc receptacle. The technician came out and inquired about the problem I was having with the receptacle. I explained the receptacle didn't work and I found a blown fuse. I replaced the fuse and the receptacle still didn't work. The technician left and a little while later the tech came back and said he couldn't find anything wrong. I was bewildered, because I know it didn't work and said ok thanks. When I got home and tested the jack it still didn't work. Instead of wasting more time going back to the dealer I was going to fix the jack myself. I pulled off the plug on the back of the DC jack and found the jack was miss wired from the factory. I corrected the problem and now the DC jack works. Very disappointed with competence of the technician. Maybe he was new... More
