Vehicle did not make it to car wash and was given back to me dirty. Also ceiling airbags were replaced and in the process a rear seat belt was pinched in the overhead and wouldn't come out initially. Scheduled oil change and tire rotation was performed professionally in a timely manner. I will return for future service needs. Bought the truck, had some starting issues, took it into service dept.,( had recalls also) told them what was going on with hard starting and codes, they just did the "recall" stuff. Called a couple times, service dept.,( had recalls also) told them what was going on with hard starting and codes, they just did the "recall" stuff. Called a couple times, and was told no gas cars available. Only EV, called to talk to someone, in service dept. was sent to salesman, left massage. Took 3-4 days for "anyone" to call, Feldman Chevy took my money and forgot about me!! Took truck to another dealer, got in and a gas car the same day, got truck back next day, "fix" xxxx I called the day before to see if my truck has a problem starting can I bring it the them, they said yes, THEN THEY called me the next morning,( the day a dropped it off) to see how things are going with the truck!!! It Took you guys 3-4 days to get back with me, salesman couldn't even call to check,( not sure why a service guy sent me to him but he did) but he never called back. Again, yous got my money now you didn't care, I will take all my business elsewhere and not recommend anyone to New Hudson or any Feldman dealer at this time!!! I drove past another Chevrolet dealership to go out of my way to go to superb in their concern, technical expertise, and great customer service.
