Of all the service centers I’ve been to, Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson is at the top of my list. Pete Jezdimir (unsure of the spelling?) makes service on my Silverado an absolute breeze. He is efficient, courteous, professional, and always keeps me in the loop as to what’s going on with my truck, even when I’ve had to leave it overnight (which is an area where a lot of other service centers fall short). He deserves to be commended for his dedication to superior customer service. Thanks Pete! More

My car was in the service department for a recall. Pete made sure that I was kept in the loop about the progress of the service and when I could have my car back. He called me later in the day to let me kn made sure that I was kept in the loop about the progress of the service and when I could have my car back. He called me later in the day to let me know that the car would be ready the next day. I got a call from him around noon that my car was ready. It was nice to know exactly when my car was ready. More
I am very disappointed w/ this visit and will not be returning. I brought my 2020 Blazer, which I had purchased at New Hudson MI Feldman Chevy, in for an engine light warning. The dealer said that an ob returning. I brought my 2020 Blazer, which I had purchased at New Hudson MI Feldman Chevy, in for an engine light warning. The dealer said that an object flew into my grill and broke several active grill shutters and cracked the horizontal plastic at the bottom of the grill. In the grill area was a rock the size of about my thumbnail that could not have possibly caused the problem which they claimed. Impossible that an object mysteriously flew in the grill, knocked out a few shutters from their position, then flew down and cracked the plastic on the horizontal surface without me knowing it. I am the only driver of the car and never had anything fly into my grill while driving. Of course I was conveniently provided the bad news 5 minutes before they were closing (after I called a few times on status) to be told "I've got some bad news...." Predictably they told me it's not covered by warranty and the dealership wanted to charge me $980.00 to fix it! I have bought two Chevy Tahoes (both of which were executive cars from Mrs. Feldman), an Equinox and most recently this 2020 Blazer (collectively over $200K in vehicles purchased) which were the last four vehicles my family purchased, all from this dealership. I am now taking my business somewhere else and will not return to Feldman New Hudson. As a very loyal buyer (1) I don't believe the diagnosis of the issue and was not offered any help on the cost which I would have thought my loyalty meant something. (2) I read many other similar issues like this where the dealer offered to split the cost, take a $100 deductible or similar to help out.... but nothing from Feldman on an issue that I do not believe happened in the way they claimed. Additionally, (3) they had my car in service for 2 full days on a hoist and did nothing and I had to call several times for status updates and was never proactively called until 5 minutes before closing. (4) No loaner cars were available for several weeks so I was inconvenienced without a ride for two days while they did nothing but tell me basically that I'm screwed. I have been loyal to this dealership for several years for all my new vehicle purchases and service needs. I am 100% done with this dealership and will not be back for service or any new car purchases. There is no shared loyalty and Feldman certainly does not value my business. I'll be sending a letter to GM corporate next. More
