I understand that some people might not be able to wear masks ALL the time HOWEVER if a customer service representative is FACE to FACE they should be able to wear a mask for the safety of all. OR it would be appreciated if the dealership would be able to make appropriate accommodations for an employee that can not wear a mask for some reason that work FACE to FACE with customers. Some suggestions I would say is setting up shields around that members work station to protect the Customers and Community. SAFETY is GMs number one priority STEPS MUST BE TAKEN to PROVE that. More
