I have been having a lot of electrical problems with my 2016 Escalade. Jessica, Kevin and Joe in the service department have done their best to help me with all the issues and have made sure I have a nice 2016 Escalade. They really do not care about you, your car or your woes. After having a brand new Blazer for six weeks it was returned unfinished with dealer closing for Covid-19. Promised a call back when parts arrived After having a brand new Blazer for six weeks it was returned unfinished with dealer closing for Covid-19. Promised a call back when parts arrived and dealer re-opened. Almost one year later I took it back with the same laundry list of issues. After a week, the vehicle was returned to me with 90% of the issues "not found", "cannot reproduce", blah, blah, blah. My Blazer is a LEMON, pure junk. Good news I only have to live with it for two more years! More
What part of "Put the new tires I ordered on the new chrome wheels that are in the pickup box and here in the back seat. Here's the chrome wheel nuts and here's the tire pressure sensors and even the co chrome wheels that are in the pickup box and here in the back seat. Here's the chrome wheel nuts and here's the tire pressure sensors and even the correct socket to install the wheel nuts. I want the wheel nuts torqued to factory spec of 140 ft. lbs." They installed new tires on my old steel wheels and never opened the boxes that the chrome wheels were in, then stuffed the used tires in the pickup box along with the other two boxes of chrome wheels. Idiot, idiots, idiots!! Clearly the service writer should be fired for not listening to the customer.. and the tech should be fired for not questioning the brand new chrome wheels sitting in the truck. All it would have taken was a phone call before starting any work, to clarify what I wanted done. I didn't know I had to ask the service writer to repeat back to me what I said, or what he wrote down on the service order. Idiots, idiots, idiots!! I'm not real sure I want them changing my oil.. they might just not put any oil back in the engine. Can't be trusted to do a simple tire/wheel replacement. Idiots, idiots, idiots!!!! More

Service was good today, but after getting the paperwork and arriving at cashier desk, they were going to charge me for the tire rotation and oil change which I previously had a paid service plan for.
