Service department is horrible! I purchased new Michelin tires from them at 68,000 miles and have had to return to them because the tires wouldn't hold air. Totaled my Car. Sold me a Lemon. I went to this location to purchase a Chevy that I had found online. The purchase went well, but upon trying to switch the plates off my current ve I went to this location to purchase a Chevy that I had found online. The purchase went well, but upon trying to switch the plates off my current vehicle, the salesman I was dealing with ran into an issue where he could not remove the old plate. He gave me a temporary plate and told me the service center would use an impact hammer to get the plate off my old car the following business day. I transferred the insurance to the car I purchased as requested, and returned the next day. Upon my return, I picked up the keys and the plate and went to find my old car parked somewhere on the lot. I found it with both front windows rolled down, unfortunately after a thunderstorm had passed through the previous night frying all of the electrical components. I was shocked, to say the least, as this was not the condition I had left my vehicle in when I entrusted it in your care. This spiraled into a huge argument with the manager of the used cars department that seemed to think this was not their fault. Unfortunately, to my knowledge my vehicle was no relative of Christine, and therefore probably did not have the capacity to roll the windows down on its own. Your manager then tried to dismiss the issue by suggesting I file an insurance claim (after I had transferred insurance and it was no longer covered). You finally agreed to purchase my old vehicle for $1200 to avoid the scene I was creating in your lobby. I know I could have gotten more than that on the private market, but whatever. I left somewhat appeased but still incredulous at what had just happened. The amount of ineptitude was worthy of a Seinfeld episode. 6 months later, I have had nothing but problems with the Chevy I was sold. The car stalls out at a stop light and I lose all forward drive. Had I taken this to a less reputable mechanic, I would have had to pay for the transmission to be rebuilt ($2500), luckily he was able to tow it back to his shop and replace a hose which had snapped. Maybe you guys had no idea this was a lemon. In fact, given my previous experience when purchasing, I am pretty confident you had no idea, and are just incompetent and clueless in every aspect of car sales and car maintenance. Maybe your guys missed their callings as circus clowns and decided to go into auto sales. I have no idea. Regardless, I don't think I will ever purchase another vehicle at a Feldman dealership ever again. More

The sales guy said we can pay your last payment on your lease if you want to get in something today. I asked for a 3 year lease but yet they would only offer me a 24 month lease on a Colorado The monthy price seemed high and I asked is this your rock bottom lease price with no add-ons and they said yes. I was there for 5 hours waiting to sign my new lease and I said I would just come back on Monday so the sales guys came out and said we can just get your paperwork signed and the finiacial officer will email you your copies so I said great. He rushed through the signing and I asked what all these extra charges were and he said they were just lease charges. Later that week I emailed and called multiple times but no paperwork from my sales guy so finally a week later I got a hold of the sales manager and he sent me the paperwork. As I'm going through the paperwork I see several charges abbrievated but no explaination. I finally got some answers from the sales manager on what these were. First they roled over my last month lease into my new one but they said they would pay it. Second they sold me a 36 month oil change service but I'm only leased the car for 24 months. Then I find out they also sold me an extended warrenty but again I'm only leasing the care for 24 months, well inside the factory warranty. No one expained these extra add-ons they sold me when I bought it and I'm told that the deal is final and there is nothing they can do. Crooked sales team! More

When we went to dealership to return the car (we saw a few issues with this new car) and we were told that the starting day for the three day buy back was the day we signed the lease which was more than 3 days ago!! is it legal to do it-lie to the customer! I told the salesman I had an appointment in Detroit at 10 and needed the car back by 9:15. I'm still in the waiting room and it's after 9:30. Your service tech was very accommodating but almost 2 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. I won't be back!! More

Their sales team and managment does nothing but lie and make empty promises. They have had my vehicle in their shop for half the time ive owned it. Multiple unreturned phone calls and waisted time driving over an hour back and forth to attempt to resolve the issues. Stay away from this place at all costs. Not to metlntion all the financing was screwed up, we where told our payment was due for a month but the finace company said otherwise, payment info was totally different than what the dealer told us. Horrible experience! More
In September 2013, I went looking for a used vehicle for my growing family. I met with Dustin Burnett, explained to him what I was looking for and he had the perfect vehicle for me. Knowing I was not making a decision without the wifes approval (as it would be her daily driver) He did not push to make a sale. I brought my wife and kids in the next day, showed her the vehicle, let the kids romp around in it for a few and still took another couple of days to make the decision. We loved the car, it worked with our budget (Dustin knew what we had to work with, didn't try to push us into a car we could not afford!) and we went through with the sale. Dustin even kept an eye on the kids while we signed the paperwork. Working with Dustin was such a great experience, I am a Jeep guy myself, working with the same Jeep dealership for over 10 years. I actually went back to Dustin 5 months later to purchase a used Jeep from him instead of the dealership I was loyal to. I would highly recommend using Liberty Chevrolet to anyone, the experience there was outstanding. More importantly, I will make sure to purchase any future vehicles from Dustin, he understood my needs and the needs of my family and was able to take great care in making sure we were happy! More
