I let Eric know that I wasn't going to purchase a new vehicle until I sold my existing one. These guys actually helped me with the sale, even providing financing to the gentleman that bought it. Needless to say I was very impressed with the level of customer service provided. It was over two weeks between the time I first met Eric and when I purchased a vehicle from him. During this time he was incredibly patient and I never felt rushed into a sale, Most guys just want to get you in a car and shove you out the door within a couple of hours. In the past I've felt taken advantage of at other dealerships but not this time. Between Eric, Bill & Tim I know I picked the right place and the right staff to handle all of my future car purchases. (*Side Story* when we decided to go back to Feldman and while we were getting the car I wanted frim the lot, the lady from the other dealership called me to tell me they have the car that I wanted in stock. And the car she was trying to sell me we saw it still at Feldman and they were getting read to transfer it to the other dealership). I had an excellent experience with them. Even after I received my car I have received many check-ins to see how I was liking the car. I really like that they want to make sure you are satisfied with their service. More

The communication was great as I work weird hours and he still fit me in around a busy schedule. Eric answered all of my questions and concerns right away, didn't push me on something I didn't like and made sure I had everything I needed.
