Great Customer Service from the Beginning I had been shopping around for a specific model and trim package of truck. I found a couple at different dealerships locally, so it really came down I had been shopping around for a specific model and trim package of truck. When I originally spoke to a rep at Feldman of New Hudson, they provided some information regarding incentives that was incorrect (from my research I knew it to be incorrect and it would have resulted in my purchase being thousands less). Like any buyer who might have stumbled on a deal, I was literally about to jump into the car to head there, when I got a proactive call back from Tom Rollison, who apologized for the error, provided the correct information and was wholly professional and respectful. That one call and the way Tom handled himself earned them a shot at my business. I brought him up to speed on my research and shopping to that point. I gave him a rough timeframe as to when I could maybe make it out there. Tom had done as much leg work as possible in getting information put together and the truck was sitting out front and ready for a test drive when I got there. In the end, it was Tom's attention to detail (along with the other support staff there), professionalism and willingness to make a fair deal (on my trade and the new purchase) that will keep my business for the future. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! Zero stars!!! So this would have been the third vehicle purchased through Feldman and sadly it did not happen. The salesman Eric at first seemed to know what he was doing and I thought I was being treated right. Come to find out they sold me a demo truck that was not on their lot, or any other lot for that matter, it was at another customers house!!!! Can anyone believe that???? What a JOKE!!! So prompted to call bowman chevy, they gave me a great deal on a brand new truck that was only 2 dollars more a month than the crappy demo that Feldman tried to pass off on me. And when I told mark, Feldmans supposed sales manager of the deal I was getting from bowman, he preceded to call Andrew, my sales guy at bowman, a liar!! Said there's no way I would get that price. Well, I guess the joke is on them, because bowman chevy absolutely blows Feldman out of the water in every aspect of the car buying experience. Maybe it is just the new Hudson Feldman or even just the incompetence of Eric and mark. Not sure, but they have lost my loyalty for good!!! Thinking of buying a chevy??? Go to bowman, stay as far away as possible from Feldman chevy of new Hudson!!!! More
