It was a long difficult repair because they had to drop the batteries to do it. On day 4 We were offered a loaner which was nice while they were waiting to hear back from the GM help desk. After 8 days the repair was complete and Anthony vacuumed my car (the Volt cannot go through their car wash) which was also nice. He also updated us regularly on the progress of the repair. Overall I was satisfied with our visit getting the repair done right is the most important part. :)Becky King More

We bought a 2017 Traverse and noticed before we left on a Saturday evening the radio unit wasn't working. Since service was closed we made an appointment to bring it back Monday. It turned out the repairs were going to be pretty extensive and one of the parts was on back order with no delivery estimation. Instead of making us wait they put us in another brand new Traverse on Thursday. They did a wonderful job working together to make sure we felt satisfied with our purchase. More
