Oil change and tire rotation I went in for my first simple oil change on my brand new car and atire rotation. When I got home I realized there was a giant grease stain on my seat. I went in for my first simple oil change on my brand new car and atire rotation. When I got home I realized there was a giant grease stain on my seat. My hubcap also has a scratch along it.. I took the car back and they cleaned the grease spot off. Weeks later I still have not received a phone call back from the manager matt after I sent him pics of the damage on my car. More

Horrible New Vehicle Delivery Below is a list of everything they have screwed up thus far with the purchase of my new truck. They are offering nothing to make this better and want Below is a list of everything they have screwed up thus far with the purchase of my new truck. They are offering nothing to make this better and want me to bring the truck back in for them to make it right. I have no confidence in this dealer to ever let them touch the truck again. Don't ever bring your vehicle here or buy a new vehicle from them. There are plenty of other customer oriented dealerships. 1. Spent considerable time signing paperwork and completing financing paperwork on another dealer's truck that they were not able to secure the next day 2. Truck arrived at the dealership with undercoating or bed-liner on paint work and the passenger front door handle was door dinged 3. Dealer should have informed me in pre-delivery inspection that the truck had damage before having me complete the paperwork on the vehicle 4. Sales person just handed me the keys and did not do an orientation on the vehicle and hoped I would drive off without noticing the damage 5. Vehicle was dirty upon delivery with crumpled up floor liner paper thrown in drivers footwell. Also, excessive tire shine was applied and slung all over the vehicle which stained the quarter panel paint protection film requiring replacement 6. When vehicle was repaired (for overspray) I was placed in a used car off of their used car lot for the loaner 7. Vehicle was not repaired by a certified GM technician in the dealer's body shop (1/2 off body shop) 8. After picking the truck up and returning to work I later found out that a trim piece was laying in my back seat and not replaced post repair 9. Had to do the paper work for a third time because dealer did not record mileage properly and thus incorrectly representing my warranty period 10. Sales person had to reach out to me twice for my GM employee discount number because he misplaced it 11. Upon inspection of the repair area it was noticed that heavy and incorrect buffing was performed causing heavy scratches and gouges in the paint 12. A paint drip/run was noticed on the door handle repair 13. Sales manager agreed to send the detailing estimate for approval but less than a minute after receiving it I received an email from him stating they would not help me out and that they hoped I enjoyed my truck 14. Sales manger then rudely called me to complain that I gave his dealership a poor score on the GM survey and was upset that I mentioned him personally in the comments section for providing poor customer service 15. Service Manger called to see if he could offer to help but has not returned any phone calls after multiple voicemails 16. Reached out to General Manager of the dealership multiple times with no response More
