I drove almost an hour to see it with a desire to buy, The dealership didn't even bother to have it ready for me. Sitting on out lot filthy. After close inspection, It was obvious that the from bumper was pushed in misaligned hood. Several deep scratches all over the truck. What a disappointment. The sales person never even bothered to look at the truck, before promising me that this was a top quality low mile truck with no issues. More

Do Not Buy A Car From Here!!!... My Son, A Veteran, and First Responder , wife and two little kids at home, bought a truck from them a little over a month ago. Already it has mechanical issues. He took it First Responder , wife and two little kids at home, bought a truck from them a little over a month ago. Already it has mechanical issues. He took it in, it sat there for two weeks! They didn't call, didn't supply any updates whatsoever. My Son had to call them each time. They said it might be this or it might be that. They wanted him to sign a form that he would commit to the cost of repairs. When asked how much the repairs would be, they responded with "not sure, possibly two thousand?" They didn't even have a diagnosis of what was wrong! They were guessing. Who would sign a work order agreement and then have them come back and say it was Five Thousand???? Who in their right mind would agree to that? Richie Skidmore in the service department lacks anything that resembles integrity. This is the place to go when you want to experience your textbook shyster car salesman, and their cohorts in the service department. Horrible Dealership!!!!! More
Disappointed Anthony was not very helpful in my search for a Silverado. I looked at two trucks and I ended up not interested in either. Anthony told me he would search the inventory of other dealers to help find the truck I wanted. He said he would call me the day after I visited Feldman Chevrolet. I never received a call or any other communication from Anthony. I don’t understand why he did not have had me talk with another sales person at the dealership if he was not going to be interested in helping me. I left the dealership frustrated, feeling blown off and that I had wasted my time. I ended up finding a great Silverado at another dealership where my experience was much better. My advice to Anthony would be to show more interest in his customers, listen more closely, and show a willingness to go the extra mile. I am aware that Anthony works at a high volume dealership and sells a lot of cars, but a personal experience with a dealer shows they care makes buying a car much more enjoyable. More

Bait and switch still happening Had a horrible experience with this dealership. We saw a used vehicle we were interested in, called the New Hudson location where it was listed under, spoke to a Mike in Sales, asked if they still had it. He said yes and when would you like to come out and look at it. We agreed on 6:30 pm that day, we cleared our schedules, drove there and were greeted by a Stephanie who sat us down taking information. She excused herself and came back to tell us the vehicle was not there and at another location 30 miles away. We expressed our frustration and she said that Mike was a Business Dev person and books appointments. She went and got her Manager who proceeded to have us consider looking at other vehicles on their lot. Couldn't stand the whole approach and told them both " this is why car salespeople are stigmatized as those no one likes or wants to deal with ". Such bush league nowadays and I tell everyone every chance I get to avoid this dealer. More
