After a terrible experience the day prior at Ed Rinke in Centerline, we called Feldman of New Hudson to schedule a test drive for Saturday, August 22. We had specifically been looking for months for a 2020 Centerline, we called Feldman of New Hudson to schedule a test drive for Saturday, August 22. We had specifically been looking for months for a 2020 Chevy Spark 1LT - summit white. Feldman thankfully had it. I believe her name was Courtney that setup the appointment for us. Her phone demeanor was very kind, and she was quick to help us get the appt scheduled. When we arrived at Feldman Saturday at 10AM, we were greeted by Donald Prevost-Hart. He was so kind and welcoming. He had us in the car within about 15 minutes of arriving for the test drive. We loved it! Came back, and we thought we would have to wait until Monday when we had the GM discount code, but he assured us we could take the car home that day if we wanted to. We appreciated his transparency throughout the process, he was very detailed on the information and the breakdown of the costs. He was even able to have the car detailed while we worked out the finance aspect. He personally wiped down the windows for us, as they were still kind of spotty afterward. He was the most kind, honest salesman I have ever worked with. We are so happy to have came to Feldman in New Hudson. We will definitely be back in the future for our next vehicle!! More
